And for some crazy reason, all of that reminds me of... mirrors... parakeet mirrors... LOLOL... And a 'new age messiah,'- I wonder if he's a proponent of 'cosmic oneness,' as well...? Doubtless, they are. Repeating (the party line) is what 'budgies' do best, I'm sure, although, in all fairness to the bird, it must all seem wonderful enough... they do love mirrors, don't they? I think I have a better idea. Although, I do find the notion of 'smoke and mirrors' to be fairly provocative under the circumstances, don't you? Magic, and all... Very trixxy... For the black bird...

I just felt as if I needed to say a Word or two today in recognition, and thanks (by the way), to my local radio station for keeping me 'pumped'... lol... Oh, it's working... and I'm loving every minute of it... believe me... It's just that, this will be day 6 out of 7 as far as my 'day job' (which it won't be tonight... again), and I got about 3 hours of sleep between shifts yesterday, and I can use all of the 'energy' that I can get; I even danced a couple of times, just to stay in practice... I've got my dancing shoes handy... it just seems like the sneakers are more practical right now. If you know what I mean, eh, Ronnie James? Lolol... I guess I do. Oh, and I understand that Mars and Jupiter are entering/in Scorpio, for whatever that's worth; it sounds somewhat 'sinister,' if you ask me, but again... who did? I don't really check into those things, even though I know that they apply... I see it all as a big 'clockwork' in a way, and I know that it turns with great accuracy, and that there are 'clock elves' in charge of all of that, so... I don't worry about it too much. I just wait for the bell to chime... And, I think to myself... Honey badger meets ocelot... That sounds like fun... if not wildly attractive... Rawwwwrrrr... Well, it's all very interesting, anyway, since the whole 'Jupiter' aspect of that ties in (most coincidentally) with what I was saying in regard to the 'Teli,' and the 'amulet' that hangs from it; I believe that I have an amulet in mind. Amulets themselves are an interesting subject, but we'll cover that on thread where I left the 'Teli;' that may be later on this afternoon. Anyway, the music is great, and the commentary is, as often as not, just what I needed... and I know that you guys don't do the 'Cars,' but... here's to You... Red shoes, baby... I can dig it... and mostly, I just wanted to say, it's a Wonderful World...

G'day, 'brothers;' I just wanted to let you know... That was Just What I Needed.Yep... you got that Right... My uncle, one-eyed Jack... Lololol... Now, I feel fairly 'energized' to go on, so... without further a-dew... I believe that we were on the subject of 'rats.' Od... I think I'm going to have to smile again, here... excuse me... ...there. Now, as to the reporter, whose 'faith in rats' was diminished by an incident in a subway earlier, in which a giant rat evidently attacked someone. How did you come to have this 'great faith' in rats to begin with? My father told me that in Asia, rats are known to carry off babies... far from harmless rodents, I'd say. I can't see how a rat here is any different than a rat there... a rat's a rat. Sigh... so much for 'Ben.' Now, this conversation, and others like it, come in the wake of a comment made recently by a friend of mine, to the effect that they aren't very 'nice' when they feel as if they've been cornered, like a rat... I could appreciate that. Except that I've never felt any particular kinship with the rat, myself, even when my 'back was against the wall,' so to speak... rats are vicious, by nature... as well as intelligent, and wildly unpredictable. It's not much of an analogy, if you ask me, but... there you go. It does prompt me to draw some analogies of my own, however... and let me just say, that under more 'normal' circumstances, some persons may begin to feel as if they are cornered, like our rat, but let's stop to contemplate for a moment; according to the Nature of the enterprise upon which we are embarked, your 'King' may find itself 'in check' from time to time. This should not necessarily cause one to feel 'cornered like a rat,' but if so... you will be prompted to make your move, for better or worse. I think maybe someone has... The Disciple Outshines the Master...Or 'apprentice,' maybe?

Now, I think I just need to say a word or two before I go about 'synchronicity,' or my own favorite, 'serendipity,' which seem to be 'on the rise' these days... and probably to a point, I'm sure. I mean, I understand that there are 'connections' that can be made everywhere, and that it is sometimes a very small world, but really... sometimes you just have to ask yourself 'what are the odds?' Now, I was looking for something in relation to a painting of the a 'Sybil,' and I turned up yet another blogsite for one 'Sybil Hunter' who appears onscreen as a woman, but whose name is admittedly a 'pen name,' or 'nom de plume,' as are they all... so... And I'm not surprised that she 'resonates' with the Egyptian scribe, or writer, everybody's an Egyptian these days, it seems like... or something like that... And I'm not surprised that 'her' signature line is something like 'It's the Story that Matters,' since it's all a story, isn't it? What else can matter...? Certainly not the Truth... At any rate, what did take me back just a bit was the presence of the poster known as 'Ishmael,' and represented on the 'maskofgod' blossite as a big gorilla... something like 'Ozymandius,' who posted a similar avatar once, with the bonus of 'big balls' openly showing... I remember it well enough... too well, really... He is a 'friend' of the 'Sybil' and they follow each other's blogsites... and that doesn't surprise me, really... nor does his little 'tagline,' that runs something like this: 'I don't know if I should get into the whale, or get out...' I can go back for a quote, I'm sure. Anyway, that sounds really familiar... again... gobble gobble, so to speak... Distressingly familiar. Kind of like the same old story... with a new and shiny mask... I mean app... I have a couple of things to show you there, too... but it's getting late tonight, and I think that I'll just end with a short 'postscript' to 'Ishmael'... I'd say you've got plenty of monkey wenches... I mean wrenches... I mean 'tools'... I mean 'opposable thumbs'... And I meant that...

Now, this is an interesting place to begin the day, I think... with my local radio station, and the 'dedication' that they just put onto some tune by Korn, 'Hater,' I think... at least, that's what I got out of it... and the dedication was to... get this... "All the internet Trolls out there..." How do you like that? Followed by another tune that said something about 'who are you to wave your finger?' in reference, I suppose, to my recent post featuring my own 'hermetic finger magic.' Oh, I hear you, baby... and vice versa, I'm sure... to which, I can only reply (in the oh, so appropriate words of AC/DC): This version, gratis the Youtube poster generalee12... as opposed to General Sherman, I assume? Whatever... be sure to 'like' them... lol... And the moral of the story is,- Never put your faith in a rat (field rats)... or a future with a man that still has a date out... lol... But I have bigger (cat)fish to fry today, so this is just a quick nod to the 'readers,' and the 'listeners,' as well... And let's face, it... A Wink is as Good as a Nod to a Blind Horse, eh? Thanks to OLW LTD... No surprises, really... just recaps... So to speak... I think I'm ready for that new day... maybe today... Lolol...

Thanks to the Youtube poster LyricVideosRUs... your avatar would have been too obvious as a giraffe, wouldn't it? Don't sue me, bro... Lolol... You could've put some sunglasses on it... you know... go Ninja... Cute dog avatar... You should have seen the cat in dreadlocks... I'll try to find it... it was quite 'ironic,' I guess... But this is my favorite, I think... Christophe gives the 'dying giraffe' signal to the members of 'La Resistance'... lolol... Thank you to 'Sarah Bird'... And, look... La Resistance... lol... I'll take it for a sign... Now, if I could just find 'Christophe'...

Wow... 'direct current,' I assume... My apologies... I couldn't access my forum at all there for a bit... I wonder why? In the meantime, I got a 'signal' of my own... a 'light'... This should be a really Great day, I think, so I'm going outside to meet it, so to speak... but I'll be back. I do have a lot to say... and the rest of the day off. Right now, I need to get out more... I think my 'tendrils' are reaching for the Sun... And, by the way, your stories are great, too... by all means... If not actually 'creative.' And, if all else fails, flash them some hams... I mean, gams... And pass the sauce-y...

I have some really interesting things to say today, I think, if I can get to it... but first, I felt like I had to tell you about the messageboard in front of my local 'church;' you know that I've mentioned it before, since the 'messages' always seem appropriate, somehow... or maybe, I just take these things to 'heart.'
At any rate, the board now bears the legend, "Just as there is only one God, there can be only one Gospel"...
Now, that's interesting, I think, considering that the word 'gospel' means 'good news;' I know that you knew that, but I'm just sayin'... lol...
And what is it that I try to give you, but 'good news?' No 'doom,' really, considering the circumstances that we find ourselves in, so to speak, but only 'good news,' inasmuch as I can 'dig it up'... my own 'little black cloud' has its silver lining, I think. Real science, that can truly transform our world, and real Thought that can open closed doors, and real Truth, in order that you and I might finally be 'free.' So, I bring you 'good news,' and...
Thanks to the modern miracle of the world-wide 'web,' I am spreading my little bit of 'good news' all over the earth, so to speak, aren't I? I think that's Right...
There is only One 'God'... and One Truth... and it is all summed up in One Word... and the 'good news' is...
I get to say, This is our God... we have waited for Him.
Spread the 'Gospel,' brothers...

Right now, I have two words before I start in tonight... Xylen Roberts. Gosh, that sounds familiar... I know two words almost like them; how about 'Xylo' and 'Tober?' Never mind. I'm just... trying to get some resolution. Onward and upward, I guess... Oh, and, I'm also wondering why my Youtube suggestions include videos on the 'last 24 hours' of Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison? Very interesting... I liked the Coldplay video better... I think I'll play it... I still have a dream, you know. And it isn't the "Orange I-Can-See-You-in-My-Dreams-Sicle"... Or the "Pocket Pop." You guys just kill me...

When do we want it? Lolol... There are signs everywhere, you know. The 'trick' is reading them... Everybody got their 4-D X-ray Vision glasses handy? Don't tell me you bought the sea monkeys...

By the way, Carl, I love your show... you always play the 'hot' tunes... And, hay... I do have a small request... How about some 'sympathy for the Devil?' Baaaahahahaha... I've got a riddle for you, while you're here... What do you get when you try to cross a 'Mudgsicle' with a hot pocket...?
You get a pocket full of crap.Tissue...? Roflolol...

Thanks to the 'Foo Fighters,' I just have to say that your music really moves me... especially the acoustic versions. Soulful... really... Beautiful. And then, I just wanted to say that I like the idea of booking bands by raising your own money, as I've been hearing that 'fans' of Foo Fighters
have done recently. What do we want? When do we want it? Lol... I don't know... what I do know is, that it isn't any 'fun' to be alone... and worse still to think that, just possibly, you deserve to be. I still hope that someday... you know... I'll finally get 'lucky,' too; in the meantime, this song just kind of makes me... sigh. 'Thank you,' I'm sure... Can I possibly interest you in 'three bags full?' No, really...

Oh, yes... one more thing that I'd like to remark on tonight, before I have to go to work... this is a bit of an 'od(d)ity,' to be sure, but believe me... every word is true.
Last night, as I was posting, I scrolled down the page to check (ahem) the number of visitors in the previous 24 hours, which said 63 or some such... I refreshed the page, and found myself at the bottom of the page again, with a total of... 3 guests over the last 24 hours. I thought, 'What? Only three? Really...? It just said 63, and that's a big switch...' So I refreshed the page again, since it was obviously 'faulty,' and then there were sixty-whatever again. I thought, 'Well, that was strange...'
And then, it hit me... three 'guests'...
And I had to smile...
And the three men I admired most, The Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost,- they caught the last train for the coast...
