Searching for 'images'... brings up some interesting points

I was searching for some images this morning, having to do with the Black Isis bust of Taposiris Magna... this all having to do with the Ptolemaic Queens, and Cleopatra, in particular. I use 'Google Images,' and I have to tell you, since I'm trying to point out what I find to be the strange 'inconsistencies' of the internet, and, of course, these 'conspiracy-type' forums, generally. In particular, I have found that the 'Google images' for any particular subject seem to include more than a fair number of 'random' photos and pieces of artwork that would appear to have nothing to do with the subject matter queried, but upon further contemplation, I have pretty much decided that these pages of images make up someone's 'personal scrapbook' of images garnered over the years from their internet associations of various types, and future needs for particular illustrations that might be connected to the subject matter queried, by the 'collector' of these images, or even just their personal whim at the time...
Let's take a look first off at the images that I garnered with a search for 'images black isis, taposiris magna,' shall we? I'll give a few of the more provocative examples off of the first page of images... mind you, I didn't have to 'dig these up;' and the connections are interesting, considering some of the recent subject matter of our posts... you'll see...
Here's one of the 'better' ones... notice the goose and the sheep and double headed-axe...
And this, which is the 'real thing'...

Then, there are these...
Looks like a 'spirit stick' or 'branch' motif, quite reminiscent of the poster 'Aqua's' avatar at one time... imagine that...
And this...
Black Isis...? Really? Lol...
Not sure about this, either... but it looks kind of familiar, if you ask me...
Rosetti's 'Proserpine'... guess why this connection is interesting...
There were further 'images' connected with this that didn't look very 'nice'... Tunnels of Typhon...? And that looked kind of familiar, too...
How about this for 'Black Isis?' No...? No... but it is a funny little butterfly... mask, that is...

Or this... holy cracker... that came right out of left field...
And this... oh, for goodness' sake... not the harvest moon again...
They seem nice... from the 'Goddesschess' blogspot, evidently... a Chicago 'open' tournament from 2010... but what does that have to do with Isis? I didn't mention 'goddess' at all, so... how did that get there?
I like this one... there's something about that kid... also from Goddesschess, I guess... I might use this one again later... it reminds me of somebody... lol...
And this... I suppose the 'nemesis' connection might have done it, but this seems to be the only one, and... well... it just looks like more of a 'personal' association than a more general one, that I might have hoped for under this search, let's say...
And this... leopard rug, too... black cat... what can I say?
Now, this looks familiar, too... Manfred Mann's Earth Band... see, in the corner? It says 'chance'... lol... but this image is at Pharos, Alexandria... 'Chance,' whose avatar used to read 'Cleo'... oh, the serendipity...
Well, I think that serves to illustrate my point... I have more, for later, on different search topics that I found to be rather illuminating, if not actually entertaining...
It's like a little peek into somebody else's photojournal, in a way... which reminds me of a pm that Hong Kong Spork sent me once; 'it' mentioned (since I have no real way of knowing, do I? The 'dog in a mask' avatar seems to suggest that they are 'undercover,' wouldn't you think?) Anyway... she compared her personal messages to a 'diary' that she was keeping... quite picturesque, I thought... a special kind of a window into a surreal kind of a life... that you can never quite see through...
