Entry number twelve...

Well, I suppose that this is as good a way as any to start my posting today... with another look at the 'Delta' search page, which gave me an image of a child with a bow and arrow, preparing to shoot an apple off of another child's head. Now, this is serendipitous for a couple of reasons; first, because I just told my friend on the telephone that the 'bow had indeed been overbent,' and it was time for something to give. It is. And then, secondarily, due to the 'apple' aspect of the scene, and the ridding of it from the other child's head... the apple is, of course, associated with the whole Creation story and the 'original sin' thing... and Eve. In that 'light,' they are dressed one in White, ane one in Black, which would seem to represent... a dichotomy, at least, or opposites... if not 'good' and 'evil.' This would seem to indicate to a mind such as my own that it is time to take aim at the whole 'apple' monster, and shoot it right in the... heart, maybe... or the core, anyway... lol... And then, there is the whole 'Will-I-Am' aspect of the thing, which I can't help smiling about, just a little.
Which is what some of my next posts are going to address... taking down the 'apple-monster,' and finally, maybe, saying what is 'right' about 'God'... and then there is a little matter of 'retirement' from the 'net' that I should probably address. There is no 'retirement' anymore, the way I understand it... you just keep working. I guess that's all right... it's just that I've decided that I can take control of my 'working conditions,' to a great degree, if you know what I mean. If I don't like having certain buttons pushed, then I don't need to expose myself (oh, dear) to certain 'button-pushers' (whether intentional or unintentional, it really doesn't matter, ultimately). It really is that simple. In the meantime, I came to the internet forums, because at one point, at least, I felt that I had something to say, and something worth sharing, and whether it seems important or not to any of the rest of the posters anywhere, doesn't mean that I am not obliged, even (perhaps), to say it. There is also the matter of my own thoughts being 'influenced' by the 'thoughts' and opinions of others, whether intentional or unintentional... and in all fairness to myself, I try to disengage myself from the run of current common thought as much as possible, so that I can say (at least to myself) that my thoughts, such as they were, were my own. I am, after all, still very much a 'black sheep,' and tend to wander away fairly often. Usually somewhere very far afield...
Now, I have some things to say that are going to fall far from the general run of thought, I'm sure... and some of the things that I have to say are just... for the record, I suppose. Just remember... my aim is True... lol...

I could swear that 'creature' in the corner looks like... a black sheep... nah... I mean, baa... must be the clouds in my eyes...
