To begin with, let me wish you All a very 'Happy New Year'... I enjoyed the various fireworks displays that marked it, and I am so excited to be here, in this place, at this time. I chose to make my own 'first post of the New Year' on this day, 1/4, since it is the opposite of my own birthdate of 4/1, which also marks a 'new year' of another kind... I just like the numbers. So, the first thing that I'd like to open with is the reference that I made above to the "ocean's daughter", or "Little Mermaid", if you will, which so many people have ascribed to fantasy and myth... only. Nevertheless, historical documents such as maps, as well as various religious carvings, and other 'tales' (such as that of our Merovee and Melusine), have tended to 'document' these creatures as fact, but were always put aside in favor of 'science', which could never quite seem to 'prove' their existence. Much to my enduring delight, however, it seems that somebody has finally found the more 'scientific' proofs, that, sadly, has to include a 'victim', and a corpse. The idea that such a creature might exist should really come as no surprise, I wouldn't think... the most 'illuminated' minds have always known that life began in the water... in the sea. It is my belief, as well as those of the Dogon tribe, for one, that their/our progenitors came from the sea, by way of the stars. Think of the advanced intelligence of the dolphin,- another sea mammal that has been greatly influenced over the years by its contact with these Mer-'men', and that the NOAA recordings seem to prove that they communicate with, by means of sonar, the same as the whales. And, it's a funny thing, but they also carry spears... made out of Stingray barbs, I understand. Fishermen in the deep sea have been finding them for years, and years, but could never really explain where they came from... obviously the 'one that got away'. Lolol... In fact, the 'picture' that I just showed you of 'the Goose Foot Queen', looks more like this two-tailed 'mermaid', if you ask me... And, while they might build an actual historical case for two tails, I think that the symbolism of the thing is entirely adequate to explain it... the two serpent-like tails look for all the World like a caduceus, don't you think? Two 'serpents' wrapped around one 'trunk' or pole... and the whole 'goose-foot' symbolism is most likely to do with the 'webbed feet', like those of a duck, or a swan... which is symbolic of the Initiate. A 'black swan', maybe... an 'ugly duckling'... and I understand that Aphrodite (Venus) is shown riding on the back of a goose. Interestingly. It is also interesting to note that Native Americans refer to creatures known as the 'Water Indians'... And just maybe, there is a real 'little mermaid', after all... I can't help smiling, really... I'm enjoying this little 'apocalypse', myself... Big magic... good 'juju'... I'll tell you something else about the 'Water Indians' and their possible connection to 'El Dorado'... it is said that the Chief of a certain South American tribe would cover himself with gold dust, and then travel on a raft to the middle of a certain lake, where he would throw massive amounts of golden items into the lake... why? Was he throwing them to 'someone' in the lake? The 'Chief' of the 'Water Indians', maybe...? The 'true' El Dorado... the 'Golden Man'... I believe that these 'Mer-men', or 'Water Indians' are some of the survivors of the most ancient, and sunken, kingdoms of Lemuria and/or Atlantis... that adapted to life under the sea, where their world found itself, as it is written. Their skeletons seem to tell the story of the 'adaptation' of at least some of them... not apes, nor monkeys, but the most intelligent of creatures were they, at the time of their 'demise'... so intelligent that they were able to survive,- and not only survive, but to communicate with the other 'mammals' of the sea, such as the whales and the dolphins. And, interestingly, they also seem to be connected to the Mer-ovingians, and their kings. A goat... with the tail of a fish... As we have mentioned, Capricorn is based on... the horned sea-god that spawned the Merovingian bloodline. It is also close to the Winter Solstice, the shortest day in the year, when the Sun was said to die, mythologically, and turn black, descending into the Underworld. This Black period of the Sun is associated with the god Kronos, another horned sea-god, ruler of the underworld, and king of Atlantis who figures repeatedly in this Grail/Rennes-le-Chateau mystery. Secondly, the murder is said to take place at midday, which, as I have mentioned in another article, is an extremely significant moment in time for mystery schools of the secret doctrine, like Freemasonry. www.bibliotecapleyades.net/merovingians/merovingios_09a.htmThe 'dolphin' is also symbolic of Apollo, as well as Neptune, and it is said that the dolphin carried shipwrecked sailors to 'heaven' on its back... but if you think about that, the only place that the dolphin is likely to carry you to is... the bottom of the sea. Heaven... in a strange reversal of locations... and the fish represents Venus, specifically, as well as... the tomb. Interestingly. Not only that, but all of the historic savior-gods have been represented by... fish. Salvation from the sea... if you can imagine such a thing.

Wow you have been doing this for over two years. I just discovered this thread and I read the first two pages; it looks interesting. I will read the rest in the next couple of days. Thanks for the info/thoughts. Wow... this is going to be a Good New Year,- some guy not only found my journal, but he actually said that he's going to read it... Fairly miraculous, if you ask me... Please, do come in... And, not to deter you, mind you, but you'll likely notice that there aren't many responses... none, really. I don't know how to explain that, but please feel free to add your own comments at any point,- it would be a lot more fun for me, I know. Has it only been two years? I've been adding my two-cents worth to various forums for many years now; I've been pretty much perma-banned from the forum that I first joined so long ago, and then, the others just lost their 'intellectual appeal', I suppose you could say... in other words, they did their best to make me look foolish, and I finally lost interest in playing 'defense'. I decided that if anyone were going to make me look foolish, it would be me... so here I am. At any rate, I hope you enjoy your time here, and try to bear in mind that these really are my own personal ramblings and thoughts about... a lot of things. I don't insist on my own viewpoint as absolute Truth, but I do believe that my thoughts have some merit... enough, at least, to hold them out for your consideration. And hay... even if turns out to be "Fool's Gold" in the end... it was worth finding; it was a lot of fun... and it was enough to make me smile, here and there,- especially to think that I might be following in the footsteps of other, greater 'thinkers'. That's worth as much as anything, I guess... Thank you for coming. Happy New Year to You... Too... If you stick around, you'll want to have your own copy of my "Zebra Fun Book", the 3-D glasses, and a de-coder ring wouldn't hurt, either, but... those are harder to come by. Be sure to save your box-tops...

I know... how about we just 'dance this mess around'? I've got my jukebox money... and a car that's as big as a whale... Lolol... A few years ago, I sank a small gong into the sea here... I always imagine it sounding, as the water goes in and out... it must only be the tiniest waves/vibrations that it makes... and I wonder if anyone can hear it? I wonder if they will 'carry the message'...? My own little 'message in a bottle'... to nobody in particular... So to speak...

Now, the most interesting part of this last little 'detour' on our 'road' is that we can make a possible 'connection' between the fabled land of Atlantis and our Mayans... In the middle and late 19th century, several renowned Mesoamerican scholars, starting with Charles Etienne Brasseur de Bourbourg, and including Edward Herbert Thompson and Augustus Le Plongeon, formally proposed that Atlantis was somehow related to Mayan and Aztec culture.
French scholar Brasseur de Bourbourg traveled extensively through Mesoamerica in the mid-1800s, and was renowned for his translations of Mayan texts, most notably the sacred book Popol Vuh, as well as a comprehensive history of the region. However, soon after these publications, Brasseur de Bourbourg lost his academic credibility, due to his claim that the Maya peoples had descended from the Toltecs, who he believed were the surviving population of the racially superior civilization of Atlantis. His work combined with the skillful, romantic illustrations of Jean Frederic Waldeck, which visually alluded to Egypt and other aspects of the Old World, creating an authoritative fantasy and exciting much interest in the connections between worlds.
Inspired by Brasseur de Bourbourg's diffusion theories, pseudoarchaeologist Augustus Le Plongeon traveled to Mesoamerica and performed some of the first excavations of many famous Mayan ruins... He also believed that he had found connections between the Greek and Mayan languages, which produced a narrative of the destruction of Atlantis.
The 1882 publication of "Atlantis: the Antediluvian World" by Ignatius L. Donnelly stimulated much popular interest in Atlantis. He was greatly inspired by early works in Mayanism, and like them attempted to establish that all known ancient civilizations were descended from Atlantis, which he saw as a technologically sophisticated, more advanced culture. Donnelly drew parallels between creation stories in the Old and New Worlds, attributing the connections to Atlantis, where he believed existed the Biblical Garden of Eden.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlantis#cite_note-110According to Donnelly, this map shows the extent of the influence of the Atlanteans and their kingdom... Abraham Ortelius, the Flemish cartographer and geographer, is believed to have been the first person to imagine that the continents were joined together before drifting to their present positions. In the 1596 edition of his Thesaurus Geographicus he wrote: "Unless it be a fable, the island of Gadir or Gades [Cadiz] will be the remaining part of the island of Atlantis or America, which was not sunk (as Plato reports in the Timaeus) so much as torn away from Europe and Africa by earthquakes and flood... The traces of the ruptures are shown by the projections of Europe and Africa and the indentations of America in the parts of the coasts of these three said lands that face each other to anyone who, using a map of the world, carefully considered them. So that anyone may say with Strabo in Book 2, that what Plato says of the island of Atlantis on the authority of Solon is not a figment."(from the same Wikipedia article just quoted) In other words, there may actually be a historical basis for my own feeling that an ancient 'connection' between the religions of the Mayans, the Egyptians, and the Hebrews existed,- some of which connections I've pointed out along the way, and others which I have yet to bring up. I believe that this 'connection' still exists, but as with the Mayans, the Egyptian 'initiates' and 'priesthood', and the true Hebrew Kabalists, it exists at this time 'underground'... like our fabled stream... It looks like... Gad-zilla lives... after all... Well, how do you like that? Now, this is an illustration of "Aztlan",- the mythical 'home' of the Aztecs... it is an island in a lake... coincidentally... and I count seven 'knobs' here (said to be 'caves' that were the home of seven 'tribes')... seven, just as the number of Hebrew 'Elohim' and the number of Egyptian 'Fabricators' or 'Builders' that are said to have 'carved out' creation... with knives, no less... You see that there are seven 'steps' or levels on this 'pyramid'... the stones of which, have obviously been 'carved out', just as the Egyptian 'fabricators' or 'builders' are said to have done... and you will notice, I hope, that the stone megaliths and pyramids of the South American Indians have been constructed in what I would say is much the same manner as the famous 'Coral Castle' of Ed Leedskalnin was made, here in Florida... That is to say, inexplicably... mostly... This is an ancient seven-stepped ziggurat... The Ziggurat of Nimrud... The great Ziggurat of the Seven Spheres at ancient Nimrud (Borsippa) facing the northeast is connected to the Great Ziggurat or Tower of Babel, the original home of the race and the seat of that sacred mountain usually referred to as "the Great Mountain of Countries", scholars say is called "doubly sacred, the meeting-place of the gods and the place of entrance to the Arallu or Lower World."
Excavations conducted here by Sir Henry Rawlinson in 1854 showed it to be the stage tower or ziggurat, called the "house of the seven divisions of heaven and earth," of E-Zida, the temple of Nebo. On a large platform rose seven solid terraces, each smaller than the one below it, the lowest being 272 ft. square and 26 ft. high. Each of these terraces was faced with, bricks of different colour. The approach to this ziggurat was toward the north-east... These rooms were partly excavated by Hormuzd Rassam in 1879-1880. In its final form this temple and tower were the work of Nebuchadrezzar, but from the clay cylinders found by Sir Henry Rawlinson in two of the corners of the tower it appears that he restored an incomplete ziggurat of a former king, "which was long since fallen into decay." Some of the best authorities believe that it was this ambitious but incomplete and ruinous ziggurat, existing before the time of Nebuchadnezzar, which gave occasion to or afforded local attachment for the Biblical story of the Tower of Babel. - Journal of the Royal Asiatic Societywww.bible-history.com/biblestudy/ziggurats.htmlThese 'different-colored bricks' that were used on each of the seven levels represent, of course, the color scale, from "do" (red) to "ti" (violet), with the next "do" or color (in this case violet-red) representing the 8th, which begins our 'scale' again in a 'higher' octave... if you see what I mean... You see, there was not only 'magic' in the music, but a definite 'magic' to be found in the architecture, as well... and this is where our Dionysian Artificers come into the picture... And, in regard to 'builders' we have this further 'tidbit'... The meaning of the name Aztlan is uncertain. One suggested meaning is "place of Herons" or "place of egrets"—the explanation given in the Crónica Mexicáyotl—but this is not possible under Nahuatl morphology: "place of egrets" would be Aztatlan. Other proposed derivations include "place of whiteness" and "at the place in the vicinity of tools", sharing the āz- element of words such as teponāztli, "drum"... Just interesting, don't you think...?

Sending out an SOS...Well, a definite 'Hello, the boat', at least... As I said, I hadn't really meant to take some of these 'detours' on the 'road', but I suppose there's nothing wrong with "taking the long way home", after all... and it does seem important to find these 'connections', since I do believe that we will find the 'keys' to our 'ending' somewhere in the beginning; I believe that they 'knew', and left us the information, as they could. More than anything, as the time progresses, I see the 'purpose' (porpoise... lol...) in it All, and begin to truly understand that we are not headed into 'uncharted waters'... far from it, for there is a 'map' of these seas, and with it comes a certain 'assurance' of assistance; somebody knows where we're going, and they are trying to point us the way. That thought alone is worth its weight in 'gold'... lol... Now, I'd like to point out one other thing in regard to the quote that I just gave you in regard to 'Aztlan'... ...Other proposed derivations (of the name) include "place of whiteness" and "at the place in the vicinity of tools", sharing the āz- element of words such as teponāztli, "drum"... Now, I'll tell you why that's particularly interesting (to me, at least),- the bolded part about 'place of whiteness' definitely reminds me of the spotless white apron that is worn by a Master Mason; the apron is lambskin, and is 144 square inches in size. Coincidentally... and, of course, this 'connection' is entirely 'in line' with the 'place of the vicinity of tools' reference that follows it. How do you like that? That would make our 'Aztlan' a place of 'Master Builders', wouldn't it? I think it would... Now, the 'Az' portion is also interesting, since that word indicates an 'axe', typically... a 'tool'. Like an 'old battle-axe', mostly... so it is shown in various other symbolic representations. I think it's funny that a 'drum' is connected with the reference to a 'tool' here, since musical instruments of whatever variety aren't normally found in the 'modern' toolbox, but... there it is. Aside from the too, too easy reference that might be made to drums (and therefore drummers) as 'tools', there is the lingering question as to whether or not the 'vibrations' that are set up by the act of drumming, aren't a very possible part of the 'creative toolbox', if you see what I mean. There's Jericho, of course, which is said to have been done with 'horn blasts', which would also set up certain vibrations, I'm sure... At any rate, the name and location of this 'Aztlan' reminds of another 'island' where another 'king' was sent,- the Isle of Avalon, where went 'the Once and Future King'... Arthur. Ah, another map... if we could only 'read' them... The 'Mists of Avalon', I suppose... it is a 'Swan Boat', you see... Avalon (/ˈævəˌlɒn/; Welsh: Ynys Afallon; probably from afal, meaning "apple") is a legendary island featured in the Arthurian legend. It first appears in Geoffrey of Monmouth's 1136 pseudohistorical account Historia Regum Britanniae ("The History of the Kings of Britain") as the place where King Arthur's sword Excalibur was forged and later where Arthur was taken to recover from his wounds after the Battle of Camlann. Avalon was associated from an early date with mystical practices and people such as Morgan le Fay...
Geoffrey's description of the island indicates a sea voyage was needed to get there. His description of Avalon here, which is heavily indebted to the early medieval Spanish scholar Isidore of Seville (being mostly derived from the section on famous islands in Isidore's famous work Etymologiae, XIV.6.8 "Fortunatae Insulae"), shows the magical nature of the island:
The island of apples which men call “The Fortunate Isle” (Insula Pomorum quae Fortunata uocatur) gets its name from the fact that it produces all things of itself; the fields there have no need of the ploughs of the farmers and all cultivation is lacking except what nature provides. Of its own accord it produces grain and grapes, and apple trees grow in its woods from the close-clipped grass. The ground of its own accord produces everything instead of merely grass, and people live there a hundred years or more. There nine sisters rule by a pleasing set of laws those who come to them from our country.
By comparison, Isidore's description of the Fortunate Isles reads:
"The name of the Isles of the Fortunate signifies that they bear all good things, as if happy and blessed in the abundance of their fruits. Serviceable by nature, they bring forth fruits of valuable forests (Sua enim aptae natura pretiosarum poma silvarum parturiunt); their hilltops are clothed with vines growing by chance; in place of grasses, there is commonly vegetable and grain. Pagan error and the songs of the secular poets have held that these islands to be Paradise because of the fecundity of the soil. Situated in the Ocean to the left of Mauretania, very near the west, they are separated by the sea flowing between them."en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AvalonNow, we've got apples... blue apples, maybe... even... And the reason that any of that is important, is this: I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass...
I have even from the beginning declared it to thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee: lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, hath commanded them.
Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.
They are created now, and not from the beginning; even before the day when thou heardest them not; lest thou shouldest say, Behold, I knew them.
Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb.
For my name's sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off.
Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.
For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.
Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.
Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together.
All ye, assemble yourselves, and hear; which among them hath declared these things? The LORD hath loved him: he will do his pleasure on Babylon, and his arm shall be on the Chaldeans.
I, even I, have spoken; yea, I have called him: I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous.
Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me.
Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go...
Go ye forth of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the end of the earth; say ye, The LORD hath redeemed his servant Jacob. From the Book of the prophet Isiah, chapter 48 In other words, try to understand... before there was a 'Moses' or an 'Ammon' or anything, or anybody, at all, there was the Great Mind that is 'God',- there was 'the Force', if you Will... within that great and 'fecund' field of Contemplation and Imagination lay the possibility of every thought... both 'ordered' and 'unordered'... within which, alone, it is possible that we find our own existence as part of the 'experience' of that Great and Thoughtful Mind/Force that creates and regenerates Itself eternally by means of its own 'expression'... This Will happen, with or without any number of various 'parts' which this 'Mind' has endowed with 'development', so that the 'form' is unimportant (as we tended to believe anyway, and was shown so artfully on the "South Park" series in which 'God' was depicted as some sort of non-assuming and fairly ugly, really, creature that looked like a pygmy hippopotamus... river horse... from space... lol...), but the 'real magic' is in the way that all of that 'data' is not only contained, but accessible, in 'one place' at 'one time', and the 'displays' of the information, in all of their wonderful and incomprehensible forms, takes place in 'real time', and all of that 'data' is changing, instant-ly (instant by instant), and yet 'recorded' at the same time. Everywhere. On 'levels' that our minds can't begin to conceive... never mind the ones that we can. Or could, if we tried a little bit harder to imagine that they exist... 'Back-engineering' the 'Mind of God' must be a fairly daunting process... on the face of it... But even if you could... theoretically... it would still require a 'Spirit', wouldn't it? An 'animating spirit'... a 'living soul'... in order not to require a 'higher' 'Programmer', or maintenance, even... I would think so. Oh, and speaking of "South Park", remember that "Pinewood Derby" episode...? Not Fin-rand...Speaking of 'Cosmic Initiations', and all...

I've got a lucky quarter that says the 'Hotel Cortez' and the 'Hotel California' are part of the same 'chain'... Lolol... It's a funny thing... you know, I've been all over, really. Interesting places, as it turns out, that I didn't really 'appreciate' at the time for their 'value', locationally speaking, I guess. One of the last places that I 'visited' before I came back home again was northern California, and more specifically the Lake Shasta area. I had no reason to be there... I didn't know anybody there, until somebody from there found me, really. And then insisted that I come to spend some time. The 'friend' and neighbor of this party admittedly spoke to 'aliens' on many occasions, and I remember remarking that I would also like to speak to the 'aliens', and hoped that the opportunity would present itself. What I don't remember is whether or not it did, but... I assume that everything happens for a reason. No coincidences, you know... They gave me two blank-paged books, both encyclopedia-sized volumes, to fill, I assume... one was lined for text, and one with blanks pages for drawings. I haven't really started, but there was one entry of their own in the book, which described... a flying craft. Not a plane. I still have that. That would be one of the rooms in our 'Hotel California', I think... And as far as the 'Hotel Cortez' goes... really... the little Countess vampire-type, and Lady Godiva, and the Disco scene, and... that's been a lot of fun to watch... more or less... Hotel Cortez...

Coldplay... that's what I'm playing right now. It 'speaks' to me... some music does. It is supposed to, if it's done right. Music can produce feelings... of stength, calm, passion, anger... all of those things, and more. Most people are blissfully unaware of the use of music in the 'manipulation' of 'mood'; oh, you 'know it'... or know about it... but never take it into further consideration when you put some music on, much like myself. A change in music has been noted by the ancient sages to bring about a complete reversal of events, in the face of a bad situation, and the presence of a 'masterful' and 'thoughtful' musician. And so, since I can't play the music, myself, I can't help appreciating those who can, and their contributions to our collective (and individual) states of upliftment and encouragement... I appreciate their 'soothing hand' in the lonely places, and the step they can put in my feet, hopefully, to dance. Thank you 'friends', for the Magic... 'Imaginarium' friends, in this case, of course... Beautiful... and truly the 'adventure of a lifetime'... If nothing else, I hope that sharing these thoughts with you will have given you something to think about... on your own. I hope that when you look around you, you are beginning to see that this place is... deep. And certainly full of 'Magic'... And really... anything is possible. It is. All you need is a little bit of 'Strength'... fortitude... That, and a little help from your 'friends'... Now, since this is post number 1230, it should be Good for something... let's see... With 'Fortitude/Strength', we open the 'mouth' of the 'lion'... This one is taken from "The Tarot of the Bohemians", from which we have been quoting... Now, if we are considering that this 'Royal Road' has to do with alchemy, and we are... at least, here, we are... then, we have to find a way to connect this 'act' of 'opening' (and then 'closing') the mouth of this 'lion' with the 'Royal Art', and so, I think I can... Here is a lion with its mouth being 'opened', and the 'purpose' for this 'opening' has to do with a 'feminine Force', and a Swan (or Phoenix/Eagle, as is shown in the portrayal of the 'four creatures'), and a certain 'step' in the alchemical 'process'... look... It is, in fact, titled "The Lion and the Swan" (D. Stolcius von Stolcenberg, Viridarium chymicum, 1624); the 'description' is as follows: There are four elements in this image that are connected by an ouroborus symbol. The lion represents the essence of spirit and the swan symbolizes the feminine soul. Here the lion consumes the female swan within the stage of the work that she represents, namely, the albedo. Thus the silver, or white stone, is in the process of being transmuted into gold. The lion and the swan, spirit and soul, are captured in their cosmic counterparts, sun (Sol) and moon (Luna), within the ouroborus. Typically the snake devouring its own tail is presented as a circle representing a state of primal unconsciousness; activated but not going anywhere. But, here we see this symbol in the form of the infinity sign, thus indicating a shift toward conscious integration of the energies of spirit/Sol and soul/Luna. alchemicalpsychology.com/new/1.htmNotice that the Feminine figure that represents 'Strength' here is wearing the 'infinity sign' above her head, said by Papus to be a sign of 'vitality'... and 'vitality' is LIFE... and that, my 'friends', is Good News, if you ask me. Even though, in this particular deck, 'Strength' takes the number 11... which has been re-allocated to our card of 'Justice', it seems... Notice that the brim of her hat is still bent to give the symbol for infinity... and she does seem to be 'opening' the mouth of the lion, which is in line with Papus' translation of the card,- The number 11, the first after the decade, gives a different value to the Kaph, which designates a reflected transitory life, a kind of mould, which receives and restores every variety of form.
It is derived from the letter Heth, ח (8), which is itself derived from the sign of absolute life, He ה (5). Thus, allied on one side to the sign of elementary life (see the 8th arcanum), it joins to the signification of the letter Heth (ה) that of the organic sign ג (Gimel) (3rd arcanum), of which too it is merely a reinforcement.
The Kaph is a double letter, corresponding astronomically with March and Tuesday. From the "Tarot of the Bohemians" And that's all very interesting... but we have already discussed 'Strength' in its position as number 8, and so, I think that leaving the number 10 'Wheel of Fortune', 'Justice' makes a better 'follow-up' card, as number 11. You see that the 'Wheel of Fortune' has been turned for us, and we've taken our 'lumps', as the turn of the Wheel should come up. That's our 'fate'... but not our 'destiny', necessarily, and certainly not 'Justice'. 'Justice' represents a separate Natural law that dictates that, sooner or later, all things will 'settle' to 'their own level', no matter how hard the water wheel thrashes the pond. And that... will be 'justice'. According to Papus, without assigning a number, he sees 'Justice' thusly: The ideas expressed by this symbol are of Equilibrium in all its forms.
A woman seen full face, and wearing an iron coronet, is seated upon a throne. She is placed between the two columns of the temple. The solar cross is traced upon her breast.
Here we find the continuation of the symbolism of the 2nd and 5th arcana. The Seated woman occupies the Centre between the columns, the first idea of the equilibrium between Good and Evil.
She holds a sword, point upwards, in her right hand, and a balance in her left.
Occult science, at first theoretical (2), has become practical (5), and has been taught verbally. Now it appears in all the pitilessness of consequences, terrible for the false Magi (the Sword), but just toward the true Initiates (Balance)...www.sacred-texts.com/tarot/tob/tob22.htm "Justice"... perhaps best symbolized by the Sword, 'Excalibur', which is said to be held by the 'Lady of the Lake'... until 'Balance' can be restored... So, let's continue with the subject of our number 11 card, and look at this description by Waite: It will be seen that the figure is seated between pillars, like the High Priestess, and on this account it seems desirable to indicate that the moral principle which deals unto every man according to his works - while, of course, is in strict analogy with higher things;- differs in its essence from the spiritual justice which is involved in the idea of election. The latter belongs to a mysterious order of Providence, in virtue of which it is possible for certain men to conceive the idea of dedication to the highest things. The operation of this is like the breathing of the Spirit where it wills, and we have no canon of criticism, or ground of explanation concerning it. It is analogous to the possession of the fairy gifts and the high gifts and the gracious gifts of the poet: we have them or we have not, and their presence is just as much a mystery as their absence. The law of Justice is not however involved by either alternative. In conclusion, the pillars of Justice open onto one world and the pillars of the High Priestess into another. You will notice within the last line, that the author has intimated that there are at least two 'worlds' operative within the 'context' of the 'story' and the 'experience' of the 'subject'... Both cards are here present, and represent valid principles pertaining to this 'world', and yet, they are themselves 'jumping-off points' to other 'worlds' in which their own particular symbolism is 'operative'... we may assume, with other 'principles' belonging to one or more other 'worlds' that this separate one 'interacts with', as this one does those. Additionally, this idea of 'election' may be explained by the quote that I gave you earlier from the prophet Zechariah, chapter 3, concerning Joshua's election, and the further 'election' of THE BRANCH... Joshua's garments were admittedly 'filthy', and yet, because he was the 'one' that 'it'(by this, I mean the particular situation, in all of its aspects, which the 'Great Mind' alone can understand) needed him to be, he was 'elected',- given clean linen to wear, and a golden mitre for his head. Satan himself pointed out the 'absurdity' of the thing... just on the face of it... And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.
2 And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.
4 And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.
5 And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.
6 And the angel of the LORD protested unto Joshua, saying,
7 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.
8 Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.
9 For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.I mention it here, since there is also involved in this 'card' an element of 'spiritual justice' that is to be handed out by 'election'... something like the right one coming along and just pulling a sword right out of a rock, when nobody else had any luck at it, no matter how hard they tried to make it work. And in this 'election', the results can't be tampered with... it can't be bought. And, hay... that's pretty Good News, too, don't you think? Interestingly, the idea of a 'spiritual justice' stengthens the position of this particular card as the appropriate one for number 11, if we look quickly at the symbolism associated with the number 11: Symbol of the interior fight, the rebellion and the mislaying which results from it. But it also represents someone who comes out victorious of the tests with the acquired knowledge.
Represent the transgression of the law because it exceeds of one the number of ten, which is the one of the Decalogue. For this fact, it represents the sin according to saint Augustin. The psalm 11 (Vulgate numbering) asks effectively the punishment of the wicked. The theoretical speculations on this number confirm this symbolism. The sum of numbers 1 to 11 is 66, which multiplying eleven by the number symbol of the evil, the diabolic 6; by the addition of the two digits which compose it as by its reading in Roman number, II, it reminds the 2, number of the division and the corruption.
Number expressing more than the human sin, it is the sin in general or cosmic, according to R. Allendy. You understand...? Justice. In the prescriptions given by Yahweh to Moses for the construction of the sanctuary, Moses has to make eleven sheets of goats' hair to form a tent over the Dwelling. (Ex 26,7)
Joseph, betrayed by his brothers and rescuer of his tribe, is the eleventh son of Jacob.
Number of planets of our solar system mentioned in the dream of Joseph.
Represent the union of the microcosm and the macrocosm - 5 + 6.
Number of the knowledge of God, according to Arabs, this one passing by 11 steps. (My own note: there are 11 steps on each side of the Tour Magdala at Rennes-le-Chateau, making a total of 22 steps)
According to Peignot, it is the force of witnesses and the Word. Eleven is therefore the number of the martyrdom, the testimony and the prophecy.www.ridingthebeast.com/numbers/nu11.phpStill on track, I think... I just kind of wanted to play this one... for 'fun', I guess...

Good morning to my 'paradise' journal... and anyone who followed along this morning. I appreciate the thought that any one at all might be reading along; I always hope to make some 'real friends' someday. Maybe, on some level, I've made some 'friends' already. I think that would be pretty Great... Anyway, I had a couple of things that I wanted to show you this morning... let's just go ahead and have some 'fun' with this, since it seems to 'fit' the situation at hand. Remember in the last post that I told you that this 'Spiritual Justice' that our number 11 calls for, will be done by ' election'. And that's 'funny', because... This year, of 2016, is an 'election year', isn't it? And one of the best 'slogans' that I've seen so far is this one,- Back in Black, 2016... okay, so I'm slightly prejudiced... lolol... Doo dah... doo dah... And these are the kind of 'coincidences' that I really can't help 'loving'... if you see what I mean... Now, since my time is limited this morning (I have an early appointment today, but expect to continue later on; I'm feeling some better, for some reason), I'd like to take you to one of my favorite places, and then let you do your own 'contemplating' until we take up again with our next 'card'... No, not the levee... but we can go hang out there later, if you want to. Park your Chevy... have a drink on me... This one is compliments of "Louie's Toolbox"... Perfect. Now, if you would please 'walk this way'...? Lolol... Or that way... come up from around there, below you... This is a drawing done by Mr. Hofstadter and I's 'favorite' artist, MC Escher. It is titled, "Relativity"... I suppose that you can see 'why', at least... and this really is one of my favorite places, because its very existence proves the point that's been postulated,- that anything is possible. There it is. No matter how long, or how hard, your 'rational mind' should argue against the 'reality' of the situation, as it is pictured here, the fact of the matter is that 'this situation' is absolutely 'real', since you can see that it has been 'conceived', and then 'translated' into a 'physical reality' via the pen and paper that 'created it'. You can follow the stairs, open the doors, and walk out onto other 'worlds' that open onto this one, just as was described concerning the two 'worlds' beyond the pillars of the High Priestess and the card of Justice. Can you go on to 'translate' this 'world' through the medium of plaster and board? It really just wants a Good Artificer, I think... on the face of it, it would not seem to be 'good masonry', since it seems to 'violate' all of the 'laws' of 'order' that we ascribe to our 'architecture', however, you will notice that while everything is in 'violation' of those 'laws', it is not in disorder,- it is not 'chaotic' in Nature. You can think of this as a 'training level', if you like... practice 'doing' the 'impossible'... practice 'knowing' that there are other 'vistas'... just around the corner, really... In my Father's house are many mansions...Wonderful, isn't it...? Your 3-D glasses probably won't help here, but... 'the eye of the Lyger' can't hurt... Oh, heck... let's make some time... quick edit for 'good juju'...

So, now that we've had a brief 'intermission', I guess we should get back to posting... I'd like to start with some music, and this one always 'inspires' me, for some reason; it really is one of my 'favorites', and it sounds just as Good on only one guitar. He has a beautiful voice... Funny... I think they're all their 'greatest hits'. That's a pretty good record... This looks like a Good One, too... fun with a guitar... Well... now that's done, let's get back on the 'road', and 'reflect' on what we 'know' so far... somebody with some sort of Great Knowledge (or one who will develop Great Knowledge) has set out on a path,- away from their 'home', and toward a 'mountain' in the distance. This 'person' successfully masters many fields of learning and endeavor, all of which they attempt to record and pass on for the benefit of those that follow; with the same 'tools' that built a civilization, they will ultimately be responsible for the 'repairing of the breaches' that occurred in 'innocence', and become the vehicle for 'Justice', both personally, locally, and spiritually, overcoming all 'odds' as shown by the final position of the Sphinx at the top of the Wheel of Fortune (the vicissitudes of Life, and the many levels of 'ups and downs' that are involved in this 'story'/road; the Sphinx has otherwise been shown at the 'base' of the Wheel, which is also appropriate, symbolically), and the victorious symbol of the World, at the end of the 'road'. It is important to note that the principles of Justice are operative here... as was already mentioned, this includes a 'parallel' form of Justice, done on a Spiritual level, that is intended to restore 'equilibrium' and indeed, the very 'Honor' of 'God', Himself, by the 'Justice' that is done. I believe that my 'thesis' has so far provided an adequate background for these premises, both historically and symbolically, so far. But, of course, I'm not finished with this little 'house', yet... And, what do you know? There is a 'house of cards', after all... "Through the Looking Glass"... to the 'God of Reflections'... which is what our number 12 is all about, I think. A time for 'reflection'...

She's a 'brick house', all right... mitred tight, if nothing else... "The lady's 'stacked' (like her deck?), and that's a fact... Built like an Amazon..." There, that's better... And hay, if that weren't Good enough, this one is followed closely on the heels by "Living Dead Girl"... just let it play out... And Rock it... "Who is this irresistible creature that has an insatiable Love for the 'Dead'?..." I really enjoyed the 'brick house' tune this morning (great show, by the way), since I was reading the Book of Micah, chapter 4... "What are you thinking about...?" But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.
2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
3 And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it.
5 For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever.
6 In that day, saith the LORD, will I assemble her that halteth, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted;
7 And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the LORD shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever.
8 And thou, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem.
9 Now why dost thou cry out aloud? is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished? for pangs have taken thee as a woman in travail.
10 Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, and thou shalt dwell in the field, and thou shalt go even to Babylon; there shalt thou be delivered; there the LORD shall redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.
11 Now also many nations are gathered against thee, that say, Let her be defiled, and let our eye look upon Zion.
12 But they know not the thoughts of the LORD, neither understand they his counsel: for he shall gather them as the sheaves into the floor.
13 Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion: for I will make thine horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs brass: and thou shalt beat in pieces many people: and I will consecrate their gain unto the LORD, and their substance unto the Lord of the whole earth.I apologize for the "wall of text", if you care to look at it that way, but that was rather important... as well as inspiring for me, this morning, and so, I thought that I would share that with you... it is my journal, after all... And I feel some 'El Dorado' coming on... that, and a little bit of "Fire on High"... Except that our whole World's been turned upside-down... like our 'hero', Alice's world was turned upside-down... It says here that: The Hanged Man is ruled by Neptune, the planet of self sacrifice and idealism. The numerical value of this card is 13.
A man hangs upside down by one foot from a tree. His leg is bent to form an inverted “4” and his face is peaceful. His hands are bound behind his back. His red pants represent human passion and the physical body. The blue coat is for knowledge and his yellow shoes represent his high ideals. The halo represents spiritual attainment.
The Hanged Man deals with sacrifice, delays and waiting. Since sacrifice can mean giving up one thing of value for another thing of equal or greater value, this card can represent the natural process of giving up what no longer serves you. It is the ideal archetype to meditate on as his attitude is one of acceptance. He has the courage and inner strength to give in to his destiny rather than fight against it.
The message of this card can also mean changes in fortune, with patience and endurance put to the test. It may be that you have to sacrifice something for the greater good in order for your life to move forward.shelleypsychicspirit.blogspot.com/2011/04/tarot-card-of-month-hanged-man.htmlAn interesting interpretation, certainly... with more than a few 'obvious' parallels to the 'case at hand', I think. But now, let's add the thoughts of Waite to this 'evidence', and see if we can 'raise it' to a 'higher', and even more Universal, level... Look... it's a Black Sun (illustration 11)... and it mentions the 'projection' and 'elixir',- and the 'Powder of Projection' is something like a 'popping potion', I think, and the 'Powder of Projection' has to do with the legend of Hiram... we'll get to that shortly... Hold on tight... to your Dream... At least it has 'wings'... But, let's get back to our 'Hanged Man'... he only looks like he's going nowhere... lolol... The gallows from which he is suspended forms a Tau cross, while the figure - from the position of the legs - forms a fylfot cross. There is a nimbus about the head of the seeming martyr. It should be noted (1)that the tree of sacrifice is living wood, with leaves thereon; (2)that the face expresses deep entrancement, not suffering;(3)that the figure, as a whole, suggests life in suspension, but life, and not death. It is a card of profound significance, but all the significance is veiled. One of his editors suggests that Eliphas Levi did not know the meaning, which is unquestionable, nor did the editor himself. It has been called falsely a card of martyrdom, a card of prudence, a card of the Great Work, a card of duty; but we may exhaust all published interpretations and find only vanity. I will say very simply on my own part that it expresses the relation, in one of its aspects, between the Divine and the Universe.
He who can understand that the story of his higher nature is embedded in this symbolism will receive intimations concerning a great awakening that is possible, and will know that after the sacred Mystery of Death there is a glorious Mystery of Resurrection. The highlights are my own... please notice that I posted a drawing that is titled, "Vanity", in the post just above this one. The 'veil' that is mentioned cannot help but bring Isis to my mind... whose 'veil' NO MAN may remove. Well... now, that is at least 'mildly provocative', if you ask me... And, how about that 'Dance of the Seven Veils', "Little Egypt"? Upside-down on the pole, if you don't mind... "It should be noted (1)that the tree of sacrifice is living wood, with leaves thereon; (2)that the face expresses deep entrancement, not suffering;(3)that the figure, as a whole, suggests life in suspension, but life, and not death." For our God is not a god of the dead, but of the Living...And, again,- Had I not believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living...In the face of the 'evidence', I find it hard not to believe... Now,let me show you one more thing... A man hanging by one foot to a gibbet, resting upon two trees, each bearing six branches, which have been cut off...So says Papus, and the illustration given is this: Le 'Pendu', it says... which word, anagrammed, is 'upend'... coincidentally... And that one is straight from the 'Zebra Fun Book'... but I have more... Those two 'trees' are shown with six 'branches' that have been 'cut off'... the symbolism here is just begging for 'interpretation', so... let's see... six branches and a main 'stem' make seven... as in candlesticks... These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.Revelation 11:4[/b] And, interestingly, the 'branches' have been 'cut off'... And yet... it is a 'live' Tree... and a Living Branch... And they create, in symbolism, two more pillars... and one more 'door'... of possibility. And the 'Hanged Man' can't help smiling... Seven-eleven...

Well, I started this post last night, but left it 'hanging', because it just didn't seem to be the right 'time', for some reason; that, and I was tired, which takes some of the 'fun' out of the entry (for me), so I'm going to have to take it up again this afternoon, with a short intermission for other things. And, as much as I hate to lose that 33rd post number, I think we'll move on, more or less... we're still 'hanging out', but let's look at this particular 'figure' from another 'point of view'... Titled, "I enrich myself with death", this 'interpretation' of our 'hanged man' (which seems to be fairly obviously the same 'figure' that is shown in our Tarot deck) adds other familiar symbolism, except that this 'interpretation' seems to be about another similar 'journey'... or maybe it expands on the 'journey' that is already underway... The thought that the title suggests is actually quite germaine to the meaning of the 'hanged man' already discussed, with the subject of 'enrichment' through a 'death' or 'suspension', foremost. Interestingly, the 'subject' here is hanging from the castle wall next to a 'tower', and there is a 'flaming sword' held before him... 'passage' is still 'blocked', it would seem. The 'vine' on the wall also seems to be 'dormant' at this time, although it is definitely 'living', and it is clinging to the walls of the tower itself. Now, this 'interpretation' is from a more modern 'myth/story' that is told in the movie titled, "The Ninth Gate". Interestingly, it is said that Odin hung upside down from the 'world tree' for nine days. One day for each 'gate' passed, in order to reach 'enlightenment', and read the 'runes'... the Word... in regard to the number nine particularly, I would like to bring this quote up from another thread: About the number Nine, generally...
The fact that we see the number nine associated with the creation of Adam (man) suggests more than just a passing relationship.
Mispar katan is a form of gematria that pursues the "root" of an idea by reducing a gematria to a number less than ten. This form of gematria is called small values; with all tens and hundreds reduced to 1 - 9 by summing the digits.
Consider that the summing of the digits of the numbers represented by the Hebrew letters of the name “Adam” (אדם), results in the number nine. Nine is called the mispar katan (literally, "small number") of Adam, which alludes to the essential quality of man:
א = 1
ד = 4
ם = 40
--------
Total: 9
The Gemara teaches us that whoever prays on the eve of Shabbat and recites vayechulu, it is as if he is a partner with HaShem in the act of creation. It is noteworthy that the word vayechulu in mispar katan equals nine. Shabbat in mispar katan equals nine, and the word emet, truth, in mispar katan equals nine...
Unbelievably, we find that any number times nine equals nine (18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63 etc), in mispar katan. The reason being that the pasuk says: Mishlei (Proverbs) 12:19 The lip of truth (Emet) shall be established for ever; but a lying tongue is but for a moment.
Emet, truth, lasts for ever. Therefore every multiple of nine remains a nine. Truth always remains the same and can never be altered. Similarly, HaShem is true from beginning to end.
Adam is also in mispar katan gematira nine, for he alone from the entire universe was graced with the seal of truth from his Creator.
Adam was crowned with glory and honour (Psalms 8). Which could be interpreted as tefillin (which are imprinted with the Shin)--convert the word "Shin" to its mispar katan and you also get nine! (shin=300 yud=10 nun=50 combined sum is 360 = sum of the digits is 9!). Tefillin are kept in the form of the faithful and loyal dove, symbolic of emet=441 sum of digits is nine!www.betemunah.org/nine.htmlWhat we also find here is that if 'Shabbat' and 'Adam' both equal the value of 'nine', then the statement that "Man was not made for the Sabbath, but the Sabbath was made for Man," becomes even more 'enlightening', don't you think? Or, at least, more interesting, certainly... And then, there is the similar story of the Norse god Odin, who hung upside-down from the world-tree, Yggdrasil, for nine days in order to attain wisdom... in other words, he had to 'turn his world upside down' and forget everything that he thought that he knew previously, sacrificing his own 'knowledge' for that which is 'perfect'. By passing through these nine days of challenge, or nine 'gates,' possibly, Odin acquired the runes from the Well of Wyrd, the source and end of all sacred knowledge. Well... how do you like that? And, remember, too, that 'wells' are places of resurrection,- which adds to the relevance of the symbolism of the myth, especially in relation to the 'character' of the 'hanged man', who has also to do with 'resurrection',- or maybe 'revival' is a better word in this case. This 'knowledge' and 'truth' will be revived... from its 'repository' in a 'well'... a deep, dark hole... or abyss, maybe... that has something to do with water; it is a well, after all. Odin (Woden to the Anglo-Saxons) is a god of the mysterious realms of wisdom, cunning, sorcery, and death. Subtle, aristocratic, and at times inexplicable, Odin is the literal father of important gods, such as Thor, and All-Father to the whole of creation, divine and human. Amongst his gifts to us, his children, was the greatest of all: the gift of writing. To accomplish this Odin hung himself upside down upon the World Tree, the gigantic ash Yggdrasil ( a compound meaning "terrible horse"). After nine days of fasting and agony, in which "he made of himself a sacrifice to himself", he "fell screaming" from the tree, having had revealed to him in a flash of insight the secret of the runes. Their initial manifestation took the form of eighteen powerful charms...
I know that I hung on a windy tree nine long nights, wounded with a spear, dedicated to Odin, myself to myself, on that tree of which no man knows from where its roots run...www.octavia.net/vikings/odin.htmAnd, interestingly, the number of runes is 18... or nine... which corresponds, again, to 'truth'... And, coincidentally, this card is numbered 6... which is our 9, turned upside-down... 'Truth' has been turned upside-down... On the bright side, it's 1/11... and it's 1:11... And there's just something kind of magical about that, if you ask me... (Whistles...)

I'd just like to say, before I make this short addition for today, that I don't like to think of it as 'tightening knots', so much, as maybe... tying up loose ends. The 'magic' is in the 'worm'... again... the scarf is silk, so the knot... Turns out to be kind of a 'slipknot', if you see what I mean. Sorry I'm 'late', but I had another appointment this morning, and I'm kind of... sore... today. It makes it hard to concentrate. Anyway, there was a point to this post, and I'll get to that,- I have several points to add in regard to our 'hanged one' before we set off for points yet 'unknown'. To begin with, I really just wanted to say that,- It's 1/11... and it's 11:01... Doing it upside-down... No hands... Let's look at what Papus has to say in this regard, again: Hieroglyphically the Lamed designates the arm... and has become the sign of expansive movement. It is applied to all ideas of extension, of occupation, of possession. As a last sign, it is the image of the power derived from elevation.
Divine expansion in humanity is produced by the prophets and revelation, and this inspires the idea of the revealed law. But the revelation of the law involves punishment for him who violates it, or elevation for him who understands it; and here we find the ideas of punishment, of violent death, voluntary or involuntary.
The Lamed, a simple letter, astronomically corresponds with the zodiacal sign of the Balance. This becomes more interesting in light of the 'figure' that is represented in my thesis... and very 'illuminating' if you contemplate the way that the initial Light 'expanded' to reveal itself in the primordial darkness... As I hit the 'edit' button to add to this post, I saw that the post above it read, 'last edit time, 22 hours ago'... 22... Let's just work those numbers for a minute, shall we? And hay... I like this one... And, thanks to the Youtube poster 'Obi Wan Roman'... The 'Force' is strong with this One... On a more 'Sirius' note... I'd like to show you something. This is part of the quote having to do with Odin, and his hanging upside-down from a 'tree',- you probably didn't pay a lot of attention to this, but it is easily passed over, and the 'connection' is somewhat difficult to make, without a lot of 'digging'... To accomplish this Odin hung himself upside down upon the World Tree, the gigantic ash Yggdrasil ( a compound meaning "terrible horse")Remember the sign over the chapel door at Rennes-le-Chateau? "This place is terrible..." Now, look at this, from the "Chemical Wedding of Christian Rosenkruetz"... In the midst of the tempest he was touched on the back and, turning, he beheld a glorious woman with wings filled with eyes, and robed in sky-colored garments spangled with stars. In one hand she held a trumpet and in the other a bundle of letters in every language. Handing a letter to C.R.C., she immediately ascended into the air, at the same time blowing upon her trumpet a blast which shook the house. Upon the seal of the letter was a curious cross and the words In hoc signo vinces. Within, traced in letters of gold on an azure field, was an invitation to a royal wedding.By this cross, and this horse of God, I complete the D(a)emon at midday...This, also, from Rennes, where we find our 'Tour Magdala'... Interesting... very.

I have time to do a little bit more 'digging' this morning, so let me dust off my spade, and start a new post for the occasion... I apologize,- I was just sitting here, looking again at Escher's work of 'Relativity'. I can find parallels between these 'worlds' of his, and other 'worlds'... 'constructs of the Imagination' that are 'real' enough; they have been given form, and existence on at least one level/dimension/plane, that may seem to be in violation of, or direct contradiction to, the 'laws' that operate on this level/dimension/plane. Nevertheless, these 'constructs' are 'valid' within the dimensional 'laws' of the level on which they exist... and just because you cannot place your 'body' within them does not negate the truth of their existence. So many parallels... but I digress... Sort of. Actually, there is a point to be made there, and that is this,- there are many parallels to be found for the 'evidence' being presented. The 'Christian Rosenkreutz' tale echoes other truths, that are told within our 'Rota', or 'Tora', that are told by the prophets and Hermes, that are echoed in so many other myths, and symbolism, but by no 'religion'. And, because some of these 'laws' are being acted out on other 'levels', many of these things have been fairly incomprehensible up to this point... 'secrets', for the most part... that didn't seem to conform to the 'laws' of this particular 'dimension' of our existence here, or even make sense. Much like the story of the 'Chemical Wedding'... and the fabled Brotherhood of the Rose and Cross... and other 'brotherhoods', I'm sure, through the ages, that carry the 'secrets' of these 'levels', or their part, at least, of this 'Universal Knowledge'. We can use the word 'universal' here in much the same way as the 'Catholic' church calls itself a 'universal' church (it reaches everywhere)... except in this case, it's true. And, speaking of 'Universal connections', let's see what Manley Hall has to say about the 'origin' of the work... This book makes the earliest known reference to Christian Rosencreutz, and is generally regarded as the third of the series of original Rosicrucian manifestoes. As a symbolic work, the book itself is hopelessly irreconcilable with the statements made by Andreæ concerning it. The story of The Chemical Marriage relates in detail a series of incidents occurring to an aged man, presumably the Father C.R.C. of the Fama and Confessio. If Father C.R.C. was born in 1378, as stated in the Confessio, and is identical with the Christian Rosencreutz of The Chemical Marriage, he was elevated to the dignity of a Knight of the Golden Stone in the eighty-first year of his life (1459). In the light of his own statements, it is inconceivable that Andreæ could have been Father Rosy Cross.www.sacred-texts.com/eso/sta/sta40.htm#page_161Well... now, that's a strange connection. Someone's been reading ahead... I like the horse... and that certainly looks like an aged man to me... Or, it could just be my Imagination... again... Notice that there are two towers, or 'pillars', in the background, between which the Sun rises... providing yet another 'door of possibility'... But we're not quite there yet. It is interesting to find that this 'knight' carries the standard of the Mystic Rose... which almost looks like our little map of Aztlan... almost... and interestingly, that is the 'kingdom' from which this 'rider' hails, I believe. Valhalla... Avalon... Live.

Well, hello again... how goes it along the watchtower? It's kind of 'funny' that you should have pointed out that it's only 64 days until Spring... my 'journaling' for today was going to include some facts that I unearthed recently in my 'labors', if you will... among them was the number of the 'fallen angels', which is, coincidentally, 64,800. Did you know that? I'll find the figures in a little while,- I've been covering a lot of ground in a relatively short time. But, there it is... and I'm sure that some of you already have the figures. Now, the important thing to know about that, is this... 64+8 = 72. According to the most ancient Hebrew teachings, there are 72 'names of God'. This was also the number of 'languages' that the one common language was divided into at the fall of the Tower of Babel (confusion). And so, with 72 languages, there were, correspondingly, 72 'names' for 'God'. I just thought that was interesting... I wonder if it was a "free fall"? I think that we should have a 'number of the day', and see what we can do with it, just for fun... Let's see... I know. Since it's 1:44, let's do the number 14, and maybe expand on that with the 144... The truth is, I was going to pick 14, anyway. It was kind of a cheap trick... but it is 1:44. Oh, well...

With many thanks to the Youtube poster known as 'joohop'... that's a pretty kool avatar... Blinded by the Light... I really like this song... Something like that... And, of course, my respects at the passing of David Bowie; he was a wonderful artist, and a great showman. I like to think of him in the same way that I like to think of my self... much younger. Lolol... And, just... to whom it may concern... I am not particularly looking for 'credibility', nor 'followers', at all... I am doing my own 'digging', and relating to whoever cares to listen the results of my search. I do this, not because I care to 'impress' you with my mental acumin, sense of humor (or not), or horrible-y good looks (although, if you did laugh every once in a while, I can't say I wouldn't be somewhat pleased)... I do this, because if it were at all possible, I would like to help in this 'quest' for the Truth, and with it, the 'remedy' for the 'maladies' that the world, in general, seems to be suffering at this time. I believe that it is possible, and within our reach... right now. I would think that it would be a common enough goal, but... I don't know that it is. In fact, it would seem that if the testimony of others be True (and I will accept that some of it, at least, must be), then there is a definite 'opposition' to the notion of 'raising' the 'Adam', in favor of 'space cash', maybe... It is no exaggeration to say that unless you are holding gold, or precious gems, or other 'commodities' in your hands (and I mean that), every dollar that is credited to you is nothing more than a number, either printed on paper, or registered in the 'ether', electronically, and is worth, in the final analysis... Nothing. It is also no exaggeration to say that, somewhere within this earth, there is a vast treasury laid up... by various peoples, in various times, in expectation of the arrival of the One to whom it should belong. There are many stories, some being currently circulated on video, of treasures and the hunts for them that come to... bad ends... not because the men didn't search, or have the 'knowledge', but because it was not Time. And they were not the One. Now, the possessor of those kinds, and amounts, of commodities, would have something better than 'space cash', I think. I'm just sayin'... I love a good story. That, and a 'Scooby Doo ending'... (it's got rubber gloves in the movie... sorry... I can't help laughing...) And there's really nothing wrong with that. No small thanks to the Youtube poster known as 'Tom has sex with guuuys'... You crack me up... or, if not me, somebody... And hay... speaking of 'Scooby Doo endings', that was just "Fountain of Wayne"... lolol... total serendipity... So, taking off the rubber gloves, we should move on. Dancing with myself is better than not dancing at all. I just like to dance. Hay... I like this one... And I love Elvis... for sure... Looking forward to April.
