Well, here we are... at our 'double 13' post, on 4/27 (which makes another '13'), and I think I'll make the post time 4:27, as well, so that I have another set of 'echoing' 13's... just for fun. Lololol... fun with numbers... The really funny thing is that I never considered myself to be 'good with numbers', and... I'm not. Which is to say that I have no natural inclination toward mathematics, as far as anything much beyond simple adding and subtracting, and multiplication isn't out of the question yet, if there aren't too many digits involved... no more than my ten fingers, certainly. But then, I realized that numbers aren't just for 'counting' things,- numbers actually make up an actual 'language', if you will, by means of which other levels of 'be-ing' are accessed. For instance, I can communicate with you right now in a language of letters that is being 'broadcast', if you will, by means of another language that is composed entirely of numbers... and then re-assembled as letters (or other similar symbols) that you can 'read'... as a language. Your language, of course; if they were re-assembled in somebody else's language, they might as well still be numbers, which is actually the 'language' of the 'electronic brain' or 'computer brain' that you are using right now. And, you can see also that this basic concept is at least recognized elsewhere by the demonstrated attempt to mix numbers with letters, and create some sort of 'hybrid' language that is made up of numbers as letters, in combination with letters, probably to fulfill the conditions given in a post above as a sort of 'universal language'... possibly in an attempt to 'connect' the 'physical brain' with the 'electronic brain' in another way. To create an integrated, working, generative unit by the 'marriage' of the physical with the 'spiritual'... and thereby... ummmm... ...take over the World... Pinky and the Brain... sort of... Oh, hay... would you look at that? It must be time... Another 'revelation'... ...from chapter 3, beginning with verse 7, which comprises the 'message' to the 'angle of the church' which is at 'Philadelphia',- And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.Hay... it says "13 of 13"... Would you just look at that...? Lolololol... Can I show you something else...? Those mysterious-looking drops that are falling from the Moon, are what the alchemists refer to as 'dew'. It is gathered in the wee hours of the morning, in the season of Aries-Taurus, which is right about... now. Coincidentally... Dew drop inn... In these two versions, the 'dew drops' are shown to be of a more golden, or watery, nature... this is significant, in light of some of my next 'evidence'. About this 'dew', there is this,- Dew traditionally has been considered a symbol of the Philosopher's Stone: "Thus our matter is our dew, fat, airy, and heavy, also found on the surface of the earth…Another dewy general subject coming directly from a celestial source and indirectly from plants and animals…It is celestial and terrestrial, fluid and stable (compare coral), white and reddish, light and heavy, sweet and bitter" (Hermetisches ABC von Stein der Weisen, 1779). Dew is thus conceived of as a tangible watery aggregate of that prima materia which all other matter come. In the "silent book" (Mutus Liber, 1677) of the alchemists, the gathering of dewdrops in cloths is portrayed allegorically.
From the above descriptions it is seen that dew is an important element in occult practices for many centuries. In alchemy, dew is one of the chief sources of the mysterious central niter, the subtle form of the primal fire of nature. During the two months that the sun is in the astrological signs, Aries and Taurus (March 21 - May 21), alchemists gather dew by dragging sheets over clean grass, placing metal bowls out over night to serve as condensation surfaces, or shaking dewdrops from the leaves of the herb lady's mantle. The collected dew is used as a solvent in many alchemical processes.
In folk magic throughout the world dew is considered important in healing and medical cures, especially of the female reproductive system...www.themystica.com/mystica/articles/~alchemy/dew.htmlNow, these are also important insights into the nature of our 'dew', since it is collected, as I say, when 'dew' is said to condense... which is in the very early hours of the morning, under the moonlight, from say, 3am-ish to about 9am, which is the same time, coincidentally as... Airborne electrical (ionized) particles, appearing as specks or small round globules of light, are shown in photographs taken near sites that are said to be especially 'dense' with this natural magnetic (telluric) energy... which would correlate very neatly with what we just read about 'dew' as the "subtle form of primal fire of nature". Some of these photographs are shown in the "Pyramid Code" documentary that I watched recently; I thought it was extremely interesting, and at least thought-provoking, as far as the subject of the ancient knowledge of the Egyptians, particularly, is concerned. I've seen similar 'specks' of light, myself, and probably you have, too... not everywhere, all the time, but at certain times... they seem to 'swim' in the air, briefly, and then just, pass away from view. I'm never actually 'dizzy' or light-headed when they appear, and I believe that these are the same kind of particles, that are particularly dense in that place, at that time of day, or under those particular conditions. I also believe that it was this same 'dew' that the Israelites gathered in the wilderness, that was said to 'sustain them'... on an 'energetic' level, certainly... and that it was this fiery, electric material which was given 'substance' somehow... puffed up, like rice, kind of... which might have been accomplished by other 'energies' supplied by the 'Ark',- which I've heard theorized that it 'made food', but I think this would be more likely... The 'manna' that was created was gathered first thing in the morning, early, the same as the 'dew' would be, and only lasted for that day,- it was highly perishable, as a temporarily puffed bit of electrical energy might be. I know it sounds crazy, but... I haven't really heard any other plausible explanations for any of that... which even begin to make 'real' sense. And, in order for it to be True, it has to... They told you that 'gathering it in cloths' was an allegory... you 'gather it' your self, in your clothes I suppose, whatever, in the early morning, outside... where the herb lady gathers it in her mantle, so to speak. You soak in it... More good vibrations, I'm sure... Speaking of which, I just tuned in my favorite music on a digital live player... this is HOT... ...and, Good Morning... About that 'manna' thought, as 'puffed energy', there seems to be some 'testimony' to support it,- I know that some of you are familiar with the idea that in their very earliest history, men consumed 'light'... they were accounted to be 'light beings', which is a strange notion, on the face of it, but... let's think of these things 'allegorically', or symbolically, as the 'dew information' was given. Now, in connection with being 'light beings', a couple of thoughts occur to me rather quickly,- either or both of which could be true. The first is that in the dawn of our creation, our 'newness', we reflected the 'Source' of All Light more clearly; we were more positively 'identified' with that 'light' side of the Force, which is responsible for 'generation' and 'creation'... its very children, if you will. And this seems likely to me. The second likely thought involves the 'source' of the 'light' itself... and the 'creative word', or 'fiat', from which we are said to be sprung; the term itself may serve as a sort of 'identifier', or 'code'. You never know... well... As 'light beings', then, we may have actually 'consumed light' or light energy, at least, in this 'puffed up' form, which would serve as a wonderfully healthy, abundant, and free source of food for the human population, which was originally served by those who knew how to use these 'energies' and 'elements',- those persons being known as 'scientists' or... alchemists. And this brings us to the pyramids... part of the use of which, I think we can now more clearly perceive. Far from serving as 'tombs', which archaeologists must now generally admit that they never, ever were, I believe that they were, indeed, 'energy transformers' which processed (at least in part) this naturally-occurring energetic 'dew', into various forms which supported the life and well-being of the people... they did actually, and in fact, 'feed the people'. And this is why the pyramids that were constructed by the various Pharoahs (Kings) served as tributes to their memory... the 'great pyramids' served the people... greatly... and the great men that were responsible for the people that were entrusted to their care, and who designed, constructed and operated these most wonderful 'power stations' were truly worthy of the people's thanks, at least. The pyramids were not ornamented, but they were 'dedicated', if you will, much in the same way that great dams or other edifices of that nature might be 'dedicated' to their planners and builders. I will go on in a minute with the alchemical/historical facts that might serve to strengthen that position, but right now... Gosh, Astraea... I'm so sorry that I didn't see your 'instant message' on the board... its position at the bottom of the page makes it kind of hard to see, and nobody (lol) ever posts anything there (except you, of course), so I forget to check. But, thank you so much for remembering my birthday; I think about you, too, fairly often, really... my best regards to you, as always, and... I thank you for the rainbow halo. See you in the 'purple rain'? Perfect... as always. And you'll never guess who else sent me a 'birthday message'... I got a little something from Mr. Douglas Hofstadter that I think you can appreciate, or at least laugh at... I think I'll run it up for you,- this one's not too long; it's titled "A Birthday Cantatata"... The thing about 'artificial intelligence' is, how can 'intelligence' be 'artificial'? It is, or... it isn't. Knowledge can be generated through a book, say, just as it is generated by means of an electronic processor, but it isn't 'intelligence', or even 'intelligent', in many cases. It seems like somewhat a paradox, but... paradoxes R us (oops, trademark...), I guess, so there has to be a way to make it work,- make it 'real'. Real intelligence, which is all that you can really hope for, I think... and I think I know a way, but... It sounds pretty crazy... Right, (H)AL...? Lolololol... Regarding the pyramids, and their possible 'function', it should be noted that the oldest pyramids were more 'functional'... one pyramid, in particular, shows rather clearly by its 'remains' that it was, in fact, most likely an alchemical works on a very large scale; these 'basins', for instance, which no-one so far can tell us what they were actually used for,- nevertheless, there they are. They are, actually, made of quartz crystal... Now, this one shows 'milled' or 'bored' tubes in the sides, which would allow for the drainage of liquids, possibly, leaving a 'solid' in the 'bowl' or 'vessel'; other uses are certainly possible, with the point being that these were constructed with a definite 'purpose'... and used. About a 20 minutes drive from the Great Pyramid, and visible from the Giza Plateau on clear day, is one of Egypt’s greatest treasures from antiquity, and one of the most extraordinary places on our planet.
Abu Ghurab, or “the crow’s nest" as it is called, is a closed to the public archaeological site in the pyramid fields that run along side the Nile south of Cairo. Egyptologists quaintly refer to it as a ‘sun temple’, a ‘burial center’ or ‘funerary complex’ for a new cult of Ra (they usually use these terms when the actual function of a place is unclear).
The site of Abu Ghurab is a part of the pyramid complex at Abu Sir.
The name Abu Sir comes from the Greek name for this city, Busiris, which in turn comes from Bu Wizzer or Per Wsir, the “Place of Osiris”, the Egyptian god of resurrection.
Egyptologists claim it was ‘made’ at the time of the 5th Dynasty of the Old Kingdom Period around 2400 B.C. I use the term ‘made’ for its double meaning. It means ‘created’, but ‘made’ is also a police term for ‘identified’ or ‘discovered’.
In fact, indigenous Egyptian tradition teaches that this site is one of the oldest ceremonial centers on the planet and is a place where the ancients connected with divine energies. Later, it was ‘made’ by a pharaoh...www.bibliotecapleyades.net/stargate/stargate10.htmThey say it might even be a 'stargate'... speaking of Light... And stars... and all... Ummmm... "Blow me a kiss, and that's lucky, too..."? And don't forget to kiss your horse... Oh... the reason that I highlighted the title of "the crow's nest" in regard to this most ancient site is this,- you remember that I told you two other things relative to crows... the first, is that symbolically, crows are known as 'keepers of the Sacred Law', and that is extretmely interesting I think; secondly, there is the old saying that goes, "a murder of crows", which describes, evidently, a group of these 'keepers of the Sacred Law', and what may have happened to them... Which explains why later pyramid constructions were not 'useful' in the same way as the older structures had been... no "crow's nest". The 'Word' was lost... and stories,- memories,- were all that were left; a 'substitute Word' had to be provided for the laborers. But not forever... after all, "can Ma'at (Truth) ever die?" I don't believe so. Neither did they. 'Morning, Brother Yusef... A "crow's nest"... lololol...

And now... in honor of our most esteemed Rosicrucian brothers (and sisters), on this 13 hundred and 14th post in my 'journal', I would just like to make a special note... 'G'ee, 'C'eese... I think we just set fire to the rain... I posted the cartoon (I loved this one), because the Captain's boat (ship) really has a "crow's nest"... with a crow... A 'Nautonnier' and a 'sea serpent',- friendly... sea serpent... and a 'young sprout' named Beany... What's not to like? Oh, goodness... It was a real toss-up between this Youtube poster's version (lolol), and the version posted by the 'KevlarMonkey'... You don't suppose it was all jacked up on 'mountain dew', do you...? Oh, poop. ROFL... Achtung, baby...

So, I guess it's a 'Good Morning'... again... By which, I mean to say that I started this post at 4:20 this morning, having just come in from doing my morning 'wool-gathering' (lol), but after having gotten to the point that I was almost ready to hit 'post', I hit some other thing and there it went... again... I often feel as if there's some sort of conspiracy against my timely posting, but that really would be crazy... It was a wonderful sky, though, this morning. Lots of flashes, and moving things, and one really outstanding 'falling star'; truthfully, I have my own opinion as to the 'nature' of those particular objects, but whatever they are... they're beautiful. I saw one last night/morning, too... ...excuse me, while I kiss the sky... That song played as I was writing... I couldn't help smiling. So, I think that I should continue on the subject of the 'moon', and its associated symbolism, since it turns out that, according to Eliphas Levi, part of the meaning of this particular card has to do with 'symbolism'... and I found that to be extremely interesting, since that is the subject of much of what I've been writing about. Which is also one reason that no one can seem to agree on the 'translation's of these particular cards,- there are so many 'levels' of meaning contained within the symbolism, and its 'translation' has very much to do with the 'reader'... in other words, how much of it, and in what way, it is understood (if at all) by the 'reader' of the 'story'. Your/their education (how much they know, generally, in regard to a range of different subjects), societal/cultural background, religious and/or philosophical training, and then, there is something that I will call 'historical perspective',- this is the 'expansion of point of view' that seems to occur only with 'time passed', which is why things are always 'clearer in retrospect'. Personally, I think that we've passed enough time here now, that we are beginning to be able to use that 'retrospect' to afford us an 'expanded point of view'... and give us some ideas in regard to what we might expect to find ahead of us, since we can now understand what some of those 'signposts' meant. For instance, let's say that you'd never seen a 'seed' before, and consequently, do not understand the 'nature' of 'natural growth', and that somebody then held out a tiny, hard little round-ish thing in the palm of their hand and told you that this 'thing' contains a 'tree'... a really big tree... and, as a matter of fact, this 'tree' in the palm of their hand will actually feed hundreds, if not thousands... some day. You look at it... and that seems like a very unlikely probability. In fact... that sounds pretty crazy. Obviously a mad man... Nevertheless, the 'mad man' plants the seed, because he is certain that he does actually understand the 'laws' that are involved in this 'natural growth' plan, and honestly believes that, in time, there will be a tree... just as he imagines that there will. Time does pass, and for the longest time all that you can see is the bare ground... the 'disbelievers' nod their heads. Yep. Crazy. But then, one morning in the spring, something breaks through the ground... and puts up its very small 'head' into the atmosphere, where it begins to 'breathe', and makes a very strange 'transmutation' of the elements (air, water, earth, and fire, in the form of sunlight), which produces a 'sprout'... it is tiny, but it is alive... and it is growing, with every day that passes. It continues to 'process the elements' and perform its transmutation until it becomes something almost like a tree; the disbelievers are beginning to wonder what just happened. And then, a few years later, what is now obviously a tree blossoms... it is 'coming into its own', as a tree, and it is now ready to bear fruit; the returns are small for a few years, but again, with the passing of the seasons, the return is increased (providing the tree remains healthy, and conditions are otherwise 'favorable') until this tiniest figment of 'imagination' is just exactly what the one who held the seed in his hand said it was going to be... And all of that seems pretty Wonderful to me... ...if not actually Magic-Al... And even this little example is incomplete without... the Moon... since the cycles of the moon regulate the growth and progression of all of these 'little seeds'. Abracadabra... Regarding the moon then, let's look at some of its associated symbolism, and see how that 'relates' to the card under consideration and my 'thesis', so far... The moon is a feminine symbol, universally representing the rhythm of time as it embodies the cycle. The phases of the moon symbolize immortality and eternity, enlightenment or the dark side of Nature herself. It might reflect inner knowledge, or the phases of man's condition on earth, since it controls the tides, the rains, the waters, and the seasons. It is the middle ground between the light of the sun and the darkness of night, and thus often represents the realm between the conscious and the unconscious. In astrology, the moon is a symbol of the soul, and in the horoscope it determines the subject's capacity for reflection and adaptation.www.umich.edu/~umfandsf/symbolismproject/symbolism.html/M/moon.html"...the subject's capacity for reflection and adaptation..." Very enlightening. Now, let's see what Dr. Papus has to say in regard to the symbolism of this card,- to begin... The hieroglyphic idea connected with the Tzaddi is the same as that of the Teth (9th card); but it chiefly signifies a term, an aim, an end. It is a final concluding sign, relating to all the ideas of term, of secession, division and aim.The Moon is numbered as the 18th card in the series, reducing to 9, which is the number of 'completion'... relating to this 'final concluding sign, relating to... term, of secession, and division'... that should give us another clue. To continue... We have now traversed the steps which the spirit descends in its gradual and utter fall towards the material world. All is now ended; the spirit is completely materialized, and the change is indicated by the eighteenth card. And this would seem to describe the 'beginning of the end' for the 'spirit', except that... we believe that everything comes 'full circle', so that... this 'ending' may become a 'new beginning' for the poor, materialized Spirit, in its 'season'. Until then, we find... A meadow feebly lighted by the moon.
The light, the symbol of the soul, no longer reaches us directly; the material world is only lighted by reflection.
The meadow is bounded by a tower on each side. Drops of blood are falling from the moon.
The material world is the last point which the spirit can reach, it can descend no lower; this is shown by the boundaries of the field. The drops of blood represent the descent of the Spirit into Matter. The first two lines seem meaningful; about those drops, though... Papus represents them as 'drops of blood', which don't seem very much like my 'electrically-charged dew', except that... you will remember that our entire 'atmosphere' is composed of something that we have compared to a sort of 'plasma',- blood, if you will,- the 'life blood' of the universe. And, under those circumstances, our posited 'dew drops' might also be considered as droplets of this 'spiritual plasma' that might just as easily represent a sort of 'descent of Spirit into matter'. Of course, I believe that there is another level of meaning for all of this... another 'spirit' that 'fell' into the 'material world' in order to be 'planted', and reach its projected (and expected) end/beginning. It is also interesting to note that we are told that this material world (the one that we are in, right now), is the lowest point which the spirit can reach,- and the reason that I find that so interesting? It means that if this (matter) is the lowest point that spirit can descend to, then... how does the notion of 'hell' (read 'spiritual prison') hold water? Lolol... and, of course, right now... it does, doesn't it? You see, all of these things are 'true', given the right perspective... A path sprinkled with drops of blood loses itself in the horizon. In the centre of the field a dog and a wolf are howling at the moon, a crayfish is climbing out of the water between the two animals.
The entry of the Spirit into Matter is so great a fall that everything conspires to augment it.
Servile spirits (the dog), savage souls (the wolf), and crawling creatures (the crayfish) are all present watching the fall of the soul, hoping to aid in its destruction.
1. End of divine Materialization. Final point of involution--
2. End of the Materialization of man-- Now, I have ascribed a slightly different 'translation' to the 'creatures' that are represented here, because it makes more 'sense' to me... and since we all seem to have a slightly different idea as to the 'meaning' of these things, I will suppose that my ideas (so long as they 'agree' with the rest of the testimony given on the subject) might be just as 'meaningful' as any of the rest; if this weren't possible, then we would have only one translation... the 'right' one. I see the dog and wolf as the two 'opposite' sides of the 'materialized mind',- the 'trained intellect', represented by the dog and the 'wilder mind' or 'imagination' is represented by the wolf; both sides continue to 'communicate' with the Source of the Light, which (in the darkness of this night) can only be seen as the 'reflected' light of the moon. The creatures present here, far from hoping to aid the soul in its 'destruction', are actually doing their best to 'reconnect' the materialized 'spirit' with the Universe above it; between these two 'opposing sides' of the 'materialized Mind', from the 'spiritual prison' that is represented here by the 'abyss' under the water, begins to come forth another creature (referred to in many texts as a 'crab', but seen here as a 'water scorpion', or 'crayfish') to take its place on 'terra firma'... the earth above. All symbolic, of course... And then, of course, where there is a symbol, there is a greater Truth that inspired it... Always. Fire, for instance, is an element of transformation... ...and a 'lake' makes a Great 'Crucible'... Can I get a witness...? Lolol... ...but siriusly... I think I can... Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.
For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last. Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together.
All ye, assemble yourselves, and hear; which among them hath declared these things? The Lord hath loved him: he will do his pleasure on Babylon, and his arm shall be on the Chaldeans. I, even I, have spoken; yea, I have called him: I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous.
Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord God, and his Spirit, hath sent me.From the book of the prophet Isaiah, chapter 48, beginning with verse 10. 'Refined', it says, in a process that sounds fairly alchemical in nature,- and that 'furnace' thing should still be familiar, from the book of the Revelations... which 'furnace' seems to be located within that 'abyss' that we've been talking about; it should be, I suppose. They say that the central core of the earth is extremely hot... very much like a furnace, I'm sure... Likely only one of those big old cosmic coincidences... Like, if you spell "Kabbalah" backwards, you get... A "Halabbak"... holler back... an answering 'echo'... And that's straight out of the Zebra Fun Book,- are we having fun yet? Let's do some more "The Who by Numbers"... And that was kind of fun, too... Waiting for the 'echo'... here it comes... With a side of... more cowbell... Edit time, 12:12... having some fun, now... Lololol... And speaking of 'fun', that would kind of make Madonna a 'Halabbak' girl, wouldn't it? Which also seems somewhat paradoxical, under the circumstances, but, hay... I do dig those boots... as a matter of fact... Ah, let's play some cards... lolol... I think I've still got a 'Mox' card here, somewhere... let me check my sleeve... Well, would you look at that? That's Lady Gaga, by the way... "The Weird Turn Pro"... They sure do... now, they have to try and keep up with the 'crazy'... And speaking of 'crazy' (in general), do you know another word that is commonly used (around here, even) to designate a person that is deemed to be 'crazy'? Sure you do... It's... LUNA-tic... Clair de Luna... ...but what is 'crazy', after all, but to be deemed to diverge (at least somewhat, and more typically, largely) from the accepted 'normal' modes of thought,- on whatever subject you'd like to choose. And that might be any one of us... Let's wrap up this post on a 'lucky' note... and start with a few other notes in regard to the moon, and moon-gates, maybe... and moonshine... And that brings us back to... crazy, cat... Five and thirteen...

You know I only do the 'lucky' thing for fun, right...? I'm not really what you'd call very lucky (like some people seem to be just 'lucky'), truthfully, but on the other hand, I have a lot of things that I can be grateful for every day, and when I think of this day, as opposed to other days that I've lived through... well... maybe I am kind of lucky, after all. That all started with a quarter that I got from my father that had wild horses on it; it meant something, so I held on to it... it was my 'lucky quarter'. Now, I just like the idea of having that one lucky quarter,- which I imagine comes out to be about half a shekel, or so. I don't know why I mention it, but maybe it will help to fill that whole minute we have to spend in my mind, here, briefly... lolol... Try not to get lost... hold on to the rope tightly, and we should be able to pull you back out again, alive... Oh, I like this one, and... he does a great 'crab'... ...which beats doing the 'alligator', I think... as far as dancing goes... I've seen it. Horrible... I wonder if this is anything to do with "The Lobster Quadrille"? It's all about dancing, too... coincidentally... The image below is said to be a 'scorpion talisman', but it looks more like a lobster or a crayfish to me. No 'claws', though... and that's interesting, since even scorpions have 'claws'... pinchers... I wonder if it's even really a 'scorpion' at all. It looks more like a... funny kind of worm... Here is what Manley P Hall had to say in regard to this particular talisman... The scorpion often appears upon the talismans and charms of the Middle Ages. This hieroglyphic Arachnida was supposed to have the power of curing disease. The scorpion shown above was composed of several metals, and was made under certain planetary configurations. Paracelsus advised that it be worn by those suffering from any derangement of the reproductive system. And, just coincidentally, the 'moon' represents the female, and the generative system, and it is none other than a very scorpion-like creature shown under the moon in our card,- and the 'scorpion' aspect of the creature also connects us to another personage for which the moon is a particular symbol... Isis... on whose words I have already commented. On the previous card of the Star, the 'swallow' symbol appears, perched on a small tree, or shrub, which is another symbol connected with Isis. In regard to the 'alchemical nature' of the symbolism of these cards, both of those seem appropriate, since Isis is said to be the 'Mother' of Alchemy, and the science thereof... Egypt itself is named for this Great Art. So, what all of that means is that if we were going to dance in the moonlight, then... we would want to do it like this... Right on down to 'Electric Avenue'... And, it seems like another great piece of 'cosmic serendipity' to me that alchemy is mentioned in such close conjunction with a 'Golden Age'... past and future... Like the Once and Future King... I have refined thee, but not with (as) silver... And if not silver, then maybe... Gold.

No... I'm pretty sure that I wasn't 'born to run'... or even jog... but every once in a while, I can break into a pretty fair trot. For instance, if you try to follow a White Rabbit... And do you know where you really go, when you follow the White Rabbit? I do. "To the Moon, Alice... to the Moon..." Lolololol... It's true... You see, the Maya associated the Moon with the rabbit,- and because the moon shines with a white, reflected light, that would definitely make it a 'white rabbit', wouldn't it? Yep... it would. And, you'll notice that the White Rabbit in Alice's story carries a watch,- he is a 'timekeeper', you see. Very concerned with the 'times'... as is our Moon. Now, in the next illustration, the White Rabbit is preparing to announce the 'upcoming trial', or 'Judgment', if you will... just as is upcoming in our own 'deck of cards'... which also becomes just a teeny bit more interesting, don't you think, in light of this additional bit of symbolism. The 'hearts', for instance, are symbolic of the tribe of Levi... and the Levite priesthood. You see the 'trumpet', of course... and a 'scroll'... I can picture the blue 'ribbon' that is tied into a bow on its shoulder as a representative symbol for the 'ribband of blue' that the Israelites were to wear on their garments. In fact, here are the preiestly garments, shown in the illustration below,- they do remind me of the rabbit's 'court garment', as well... www.biblesearchers.com/temples/jeremiah10.shtmlYou will notice, I hope, that there are three parts of the garment that are of special interest to me, at this time, and those are the mitre ( to atone for the pride of his countenance) and the 'golden plate' on the forehead, which is to atone for his arrogance of attitude; the fine linen tunic is to atone for killing. To make things just a little bit more interesting, we find that the Priest wears 'the breastplate of Judgment'. Well, how do you like that...? It's no wonder then, that the dog and the wolf are 'baying' at the Moon... there's a rabbit up there. Hay, wait... I don't want to be late for '1999'... Lololol...

Happy Cinco de Mayo, friends... I'm watching something on the videos right now, but I just wanted to 'duck in' for a minute... ...with my best regards... I wonder how 'Jules' is doing...? Regards, Jules... And as long as we're at it, my best regards to... John Fred... Interestingly, the little pink 45rpm says that this is from the 'Paula' LP, "Agnes English"... Agnes... So, Judy had a little lamb...? Anyway... I understand that there was a piece of 'good news' this morning,- the winner of the Kentucky Derby this year was... Lucky number 13... Lolololol... ...I'll take it for a 'sign'. It most likely means that I need to get back to work. In honor of other jobs, well done... I had a good time last night with the 'request tunes',- like I said, it's just kind of fun to hear what everybody else is 'thinking about', musically... and yes... I am a 'bopper'... from waaaaaay back... lolol... and I'm not even sorry. If you can't dance to "Twist and Shout" or "Word Up", you probably just can't dance. Not that I'm saying that I can dance, but I'm certainly 'inspired' to try... Oh, and hay... it is "Mother's Day", after all, isn't it? Have a drink on me... make it moonshine... "Mountain Dew"... (heavily trademarked, most likely)... favorite of Hillbillies everywhere... Lololol... I am feeling a little bit achy in my joints... And here's another little piece of 'cosmic serendipity' for you... at the end of this clip, there are several additional videos to select from,- interestingly, one of those is... "Light my Fire" by the Doors... I just thought that was... kind of funny... under the circumstances... It is the 'simple' elements, my friend, that create the more 'complex compounds', after all... In the beginning... was the simple... ...and turning 'full circle' should mean that we ought to head back that way. Alive and Kicking... It's probably the 'tonic'... they say it has a 'rejuvenating' effect... True.

That's right... no rest for the 'wicked'... or, is that the 'weary'? Or both? No... that can't be right... Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God [did] from his. 11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. from the book of the Hebrews, chapter 4 I've been out gathering 'dew', myself, as I can, and I'd like to make a short report in my journal in that regard; I have other work to do myself, this afternoon, so I'll see what I can do in regard to that. I think it's important to note, at least... So I will...

Now, let's talk about that alchemical 'dew'... about its 'powers of rejuvenation', I found this: In some of the alchemical images we see people gathering the early morning dew. It is said that the morning dew is the matter of the Great Work, the substance to be worked on. Some people took this literal, and thought they had to gather the dew with clean sheets and then wring them out in a container. Then this dew water was used for distillation. It has been an old belief that the morning dew has certain rejuvenating energies, and therefore young girls would go out into the meadows and put the dew on their bodies in order to stay young and beautiful.
In hermetic alchemy, this is of course allegoric. When one goes into the inner self, as with meditation, one encounters the finer energies.www.soul-guidance.com/houseofthesun/alchadew.htmIn the text that I quoted here, 'energy' is mentioned in two different contexts, so it would seem that for me to equate this same 'dew' with 'energetic particles' in the atmosphere, as opposed to our 'inner self' (after all, "As above, so below..."), so that the same 'natural principles' would apply to both 'spiritual alchemy' and 'physical alchemy', as it applies to this 'energized universal plasma' and our own 'blood'... plasma... which seems to be similarly 'energetically charged'. Look at this illustration closely... We have a Phoenix, a serpent, and a toad (I find this to be a substitution for a creature from the water, or abyss, as represented by the crab/crayfish in our 'Moon' card), shown with the same sun and moon symbolism, as well as the falling drops of 'dew' that are pictured in the card. This is, to me, a rather Great bit of that 'cosmic serendipity'... and this illustration belongs to the works of the Rosicrucians on the subject, evidently. I believe that this 'dew' is the same thing that is spoken of by the prophets as the 'former and the latter rain'. And, I believe that when this 'former rain' commences to fall once again, that this will be the outcome... He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.From the second chapter of the book of the Revelations

Just for 'fun', I'd like to explain for you my own understanding of the importance of the second portion of the quote from the book of the Revelations that I showed you directly above... A 'new name' will be given to them, which nobody else will know, except the one that it is given to... Do you know why? I believe that it is just as certain of the ancient people believed,- that knowing a person's 'name' gave you a certain amount of 'power' over that person. Your name was often a matter of some 'secrecy', with a substitute being given for 'general use'... hence, the 'nickname', I suppose. Nevertheless, this is also the reason that I veer away from giving 'God' a name, such as was done by others, including 'Jehovah' and 'Yahweh'. 'God', I believe, is beyond such 'labeling', and further, beyond any possibility of our 'control' by 'naming Him' that such a things seems almost... heretical. We can 'name' those 'attributes' of 'God' that we are able to recognize, and identify with, in our own limited way... we all need such 'connections'... and that is evidently why there are so many 'names'. None of which are 'God', but all of which could be... About the 'new name', though... the fact is that no one will have any 'power' over this one,- their name is 'out of bounds'...

You'll remember that I was watching something on the video the other night, and I didn't quite make it back... I spent some time trying to 'process' what I'd just seen, and I think that I would like to comment on that, here in my journal, since I think that what I heard there actually correlates to what I've been speculating about, here. The video (I'll give you a link, but you may have already seen it) has to do with what is allegedly an 'interview' between a scientist, a 'telepath', and an EBE... intelligent alien creature. They are said, by those who have 'seen' them, not to communicate verbally, but rather, telepathically,- and this is interesting to me, since I feel that 'telepathy' is actually more of an ability to 'tune in' to other 'frequencies' of 'thought', much in the way of a radio mechanism can 'tune in' various stations; usually even a radio 'receiver' that is capable of 'reading' many various frequencies is not actually able to access and translate all of the various signals being transmitted at any given time... only certain bands, or frequencies. The same, I believe, with 'telepathy', which is why these kind of beings would tend to be more likely to 'communicate' in this manner. They are, in reality, transmitting their own 'signal' over a certain band of 'frequency' which they hope/believe that you are able to receive, and further, translate. Evidently, some people can... or are more naturally 'able' than others, at least, to do this... or even understand it, in concept. It is not actually 'supernatural' in 'nature', but it is 'super-natural', which is to say that it is beyond the 'typical' range of natural abilities that are normally exhibited by humankind. I believe that it is possible for all men to develop the ability more fully, if it is understood properly, which really does result in a more 'Universal language', since it would appear that the 'thoughts' that are generated at one end are 'understood' at the other end, regardless that the 'creature' surely did not 'project its thoughts' in 'English', which would be the language that the 'processor' or 'telepath' would be translating them into, for the use of the 'scientist' that was doing the questioning. Well, there, now... and another 'interesting' insight I received was given by the person who provided the video, that said, "Interestingly enough, the being has a much easier time trying to express spiritual concepts..." That is interesting, since our own interest in their 'technology' would make it seem that that is their only, or at least most important, realm of knowledge, if you will; it seems that that does not seem to be the case. As a matter of fact, further of its statements seem to reveal that it is aware of 'science' that equates to 'alchemy', as well as a higher form of this same 'science' that has to do with the 'perfection' of one's own 'vessel'... as is spoken of in our own 'spiritual alchemy'. Well, how do you like that? It makes a most unusual 'witness'... I'll say that... And, hay... let's start post number 1322 with an l0l, shall we...? I think it sets the right 'tone'... That, and more cowbell... Perfect. There goes my cursor again... Third time's a 'charm'? I've begun this 'edit' twice now, with the end result that progressively more work was 'disappeared' with each attempt (there goes the cursor... wherefore comes the 'curse' into the equation), so I had to walk away for a bit, and decided to try it one more time before I go outside for a while. I appreciated the 'balloons', so... I'll trade you one of these... Not only was this one of the 'requests' last week, it's also the topic of the being's 'conversation', which is... cool... It indicated that "the 'human body' is a vehicle,- a vessel,- and the vessel must be maintained to serve the Spirit with maximum efficiency". You will please notice that it said 'human body', which would obviously not include its own body... or likely the 'bodies' of other beings,- I think that this is an important distinction that was made purposefully (truthfully), without having been given any real notice. Further, it indicated that the physical body is much like a 'shell', which can be discarded and a new 'vessel' (or shell) taken up again... like a hermit crab, more or less... in something that we would consider to be 'transmigration' or 'reincarnation'. Most interestingly, I think, is the symbolism of the 'Spirit' being transferred from one 'vessel' to another, in what can only be called an 'alchemical process', and illustrated for us in the card of 'Temperance'. Now, this example seems to indicate to me that these beings are familiar with the science that we know as alchemical... with a special interest in the 'spiritual' aspect. This thought is further strengthened for me by the next part of the 'converstation'. The scientist wanted to know whether or not this 'process' (of spirit transferral) was "natural or technological?" The being's answer was this... " Both are one[/i],- technology is a natural 'excressence' of humanity. Technology is a process that the vessel uses to perfect itself." Which is an extremely similar statement to the old hermetic and alchemical maxim that all things are in the process of 'perfection', and ultimately, all things are meant to reach that state in a completely 'natural' process; of course, this process, occurring naturally, may cover lengths of time that are 'unobservable' in the human timespan, which in no way negates the truth of the work in progress. And so, the fact that the being refers to the 'vessel perfecting itself' would definitely seem to indicate a knowledge of alchemical 'processes' that are familiar to us, as well... in a limited way (at this time). The thought that 'technology' and 'nature' belong in the same 'laboratory' (are one) is also quite alchemical... and when the alchemists use the word 'universal', they really mean it... And then, there's the word 'excressence', which... seems like a cross-between 'excrement' and 'essence'... or maybe the 'slag' of a more 'spiritual process'... It may be that technology is only that which is given off, as a 'physical reflection' of the 'depth of the spirit' which employs it, and that it is more highly 'spiritualized' beings that demonstrate the highest levels of technology. In Egypt, for example, we see that the Priests and Priest Kings (Pharoahs) were also the possessors of the 'technical' or 'scientific' knowledge, as well as that 'higher' knowledge, more 'spiritual' in 'nature'. All of which makes the whole thing more interesting still... for me... Now, I'm going out to see the stars; if nothing else, I can tell you what I've already seen, which was... Pretty wonderful. I'd better post... Good morning... Or, rather... Gooood eeeeevennnnning... Lololol... Turn on Your Radio... This is one of our favorites... "I sang my balls off for you, baby,- I nearly broke the microphone..." Great stuff... timeless, really. Thanks again, Harry... for making it all so much fun. I guess we should get back to 'business'... I am fairly easily distracted, and goodness knows that I might fall over like a 'fainting goat' at any minute for one of those hateful 'naps'... Sorry. I get tired... a lot. Have you seen those fainting goats? I wonder whose idea that was...? Lolol... I think we were talking about the moon... and the stars. Which is where I wanted to pick up, just for a minute, since those 'dew-drops' seemed to be related to a special kind of 'star', which... I've seen two of just recently... and since it seems to relate, I should probably 'relate' it. As I said, I've been getting up early in the morning, so that I can go outside and look at the sky... I like to do that, anyway, and since this is the 'dew-gathering season', I just thought it would be a good idea. I enjoy my time outside, provided it isn't raining, or just generally overcast so that I can't see the stars. This morning, for instance, I checked at 3am, and the sky was clear... I thought I'd have a cup of coffee, and write a bit, and then go out about 4-ish, as I have been doing. Unfortunately, by 4-ish, the sky had completely clouded over and was misting, so that I went back inside and didn't get to see anything... today. However, for the week previous to that, I had rather better luck on most mornings, and on two of those mornings, I was most happily, and rather spectacularly, rewarded for my time... I saw two of the most beautiful 'shooting stars' that I've ever seen in my life,- and most interestingly, I saw them both in the same place in the sky, at the same time of the morning. What are the odds do you figure...? I mean, within just a day of each other... The first 'appearance' was made by a very large, and round, brightly lit orb, white in color, and surrounded by... what could have easily been described by 'ancient' peoples as... feathers... to the sides, and trailing behind... in the manner of a huge fiery bird, or... dragon... or... I almost hate to say it, but... yes. Angel. Of course, as I said, these are 'modern times' and we're certainly too 'intelligent' for that, aren't we? Well, whatever it was, I gasped like a kid, and felt pretty lucky to have seen such a thing at all. The next night, I saw the usual 'movers' and 'flashers', but nothing like that. The night after that, though, as I noted, I was sitting on the deck outside, in the same position, looking at the same place in the sky (south and west, I guess), at the same time, and... there was a second 'comet', and this one was even more spectacular to look at than the first one had been. I believe that I actually said out loud, "Oh, my 'God'..." The 'round body' of the 'comet' appeared to be smaller, but extremely bright and blue-white, like a huge light bulb,- and behind it, for a long, long way, trailed a definite round 'tube' of light... It also flew across the sky in a horizontal position,- not vertical, as if it were actually 'falling',- and it lasted for what seemed like forever... seconds most likely. I wouldn't have missed it for the world... and I can't help wondering... This is a 'comet', and it looks very much like the first 'star' that I saw in the sky... This woodcarving also depicts a 'comet', and this one looks very much like the second 'star' that appeared, only two days later... This first image is tagged, 'Why are there spaceships in medieval art?' Frankly, I don't believe that this is a 'spaceship' at all... it is a 'comet', or 'shooting star', which is shown as 'occupied' by a 'being', which I believe is symbolic for the fact that these 'stars' are themselves, 'intelligences'... and, as such, are 'purposeful' in their appearance... much as 'angelic messengers' might appear... Notice that the 'star symbols' shown on the 'vehicle' itself, identify it with the medieval symbol for 'comet', as shown here... Notice also that there are actually 'wings' depicted on one of these 'stars' or 'comets', further identifying it with the notion of an 'angelic' or 'heavenly' 'messenger'... Just as we find in the eighth chapter of the book of the Revelations... ...And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;
11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.
13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!Lucky number 13... Ah, let's do it... The wheel in the sky keeps turning... and it's a good morning... again today. I have no really spectacular report to make this morning, I'm sorry to say, but there was a flash or two, and I still have high hopes of seeing a third, yet... just because they're beautiful to see, really... and what I've related to you here is not to say that those 'stars' were 'the ones', but only to serve to remind me that somewhere, somebody else saw something very much like that, and it had meaning to them,- enough meaning to pass it on, and so... I find that it is worth my consideration at this time. Now, before my time (6:33... lol...) runs 'short' (like some kind of funky little pony thing, eh, Nikki...?) I have one or two things that I'd like to leave you with this morning... just something to think about... Wow... "I could not believe the information,- I just had to trust Imagination..." Perfect. To begin with, the person that provided the videotaped 'interview' said something that I can relate my own 'information' to, and that was the fact that he was not convinced that the 'beings' were from 'outer space', necessarily, but were, perhaps, from another 'dimension' of 'space'... which does seem to correlate with what I've been saying about 'levels', 'planes', or 'dimensions', I suppose, of energetic existence. So, since that seems to 'correlate', I am further emboldened to suppose that my conjectures concerning the nature of the brief, and bright, 'flashes' of light that can be seen in the night sky from time to time, are also 'close' to the Truth. I believe that those 'flashes' that are popularly known as 'falling stars' are not 'falling' at all (although they may be considered as 'stars', if we give 'star' here the definition of 'energetic intelligence'), but are actually 'moving'... from one 'level', 'plane', or 'dimension' (so to speak) to another, which produces 'friction', if you will, which is displayed in the 'etheric medium' of the 'sky' as a bright flash of light, or 'pop'... still electrical in nature, as is the Universe which it is moving in, and through. I know... But it gets better... Remember that I told you that 'technology' may actually be viewed as the 'slag' or 'side product' (of inferior value) to the more refined and higher process of Spiritual science, or alchemy... so that, a society that concentrates on technology, rather than, or even without, the 'spiritual' knowledge that should accompany it, there will sooner or later find itself out of 'balance'. The truth is that this society is said to have 'back-engineered' its 'technology', from that which was produced 'naturally' by more 'spiritually intelligent' beings, which means that exactly what happened here is the result of having gone at things... Backwards... And since that is true, it is most likely also true that your 'technology' will end up 'biting you in the rear', if you don't mind my saying so... "Taken in their own 'devices'..." So to speak... Oh... and did I say, 'Good morning...?'

Last edit time, 11 hours ago... I like the numbers. Tonight, I would like to expand on a few further points in regard to the moon, which will 'relate' in an interesting way to one more thing that I'd like to bring up, about those 'stars' that I saw... The first one that I sighted was on the morning of 5/5, I believe (you can check on that, I think, but if it wasn't that day, it was close enough to have been), which is, of course, the date of the "Cinco de Mayo" celebration. On that morning, I joked to myself about another 'magic worm', which would be, of course, found in the bottom of a bottle of tequila,- traditional drink of the 'Cinco de Mayo'... lol... and then I forgot about the 'worm' and decided against the joke. At the time, I didn't connect this 'worm' with the 'star' that I saw in the sky... which looked very much like the comet, known as 'Wormwood', to which I just made a reference. Now that really has to be a simple case of 'cosmic serendipity'... but what are the odds, do you think? I think 'luck' may be on our side... and there's still that 'triple crown' to be won... I happen to know that there will be a garland of roses for the winner,- and you know how I feel about roses... The 'dark horse' is feeling frisky... Lolol... Hay, ya... Reminds me of Prometheus... and something about being 'unbound'... 'out of bounds', maybe... They say that he 'stole fire' for mankind... Now, why does that sound so familiar Well, I say we 'light one up'... Lololol... All right then, if you're ready, I'm ready... The really 'funny' thing about that (and I mean 'funny' as in 'strange', for which I can even provide an 'echo' or a 'ping' in the quote that I'm about to give you) is that the 'Wormwood star' is said to make the 'waters bitter', much in the way of... tequila, say, so that the effect would be 'drunkenness'... and this is exactly what the Mayans equate with the Moon,- a state of 'drunkenness',- which can be seen, of course, on at least two levels here. The first has to do with obvious excesses and the accompanying 'sins' which are accomplished most famously, I suppose, by the light of the moon... at night. The second implication has to do with a state of 'spiritual drunkenness' with which the people have been overcome,- and this state applies at the time that these words were written for, by the prophet Isaiah: Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!
2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.
3 The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under feet:
4 And the glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley, shall be a fading flower, and as the hasty fruit before the summer; which when he that looketh upon it seeth, while it is yet in his hand he eateth it up.
5 In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people,
6 And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.
7 But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment.
8 For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean.
9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.
10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.
12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.
13 But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
14 Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.
15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.
19 From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.
20 For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it: and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it.
21 For the LORD shall rise up as in mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.And there is your 'strange' echo... I know that it seems lengthy, but... it seems to apply. I feel somewhat obligated to repeat it here, for your consideration... On a 'Powerstation'... "Spiders from Mars..." Now, that's just crazy... right? Maybe not so much... lolol... I was just thinking of a labyrinth, and threads, and... spiders... ...and how I'm supposed to get that 'lucky quarter' back out of the 'mythical' 'deep web'... And the answer is... "Spiders from Mars..." Lololol... Hey, yo... Thanks for the 'Marcy Playground'... I think I'm ready. So, I'm editing post number 1323 (13, 5), and I'm sending it through at 5:31 (backwards, now), because... I like the numbers. If you'll remember, somebody sent me a bogus check a few years ago in the amount of 1350.55,- I think they would like to have seen some bad come of it, or why bother to send it at all? By UPS, no less... and probably a dude in shorts, to boot... lol... The thing is, any 'trouble' consequent was avoided (lucky 13), and it was rather harmless, after all (if not pointed), and I think about that still, every once in a while, and feel that I should 'return the favor', so to speak... I throw out five's and thirteen's at every opportunity, with great and wild abandon, as you can see... And, to make it all just that much better, tomorrow is... 5/13... and a Friday the 13th... to boot (I love boots), and that plays into all of this, too. I sometimes find it hard to believe that we can bring so many diverging roads to a 'common terminus'... But here we are... Checking under my seat for little pink spiders that look like... Taylor Swift... Lololol... But speaking of that, do you remember the 'Pinewood Derby' episode of the "South Park" series? 'Randy' used 'technology' to cheat a win in a race that was supposed to be run... by 'natural' means... and there were some fairly unexpected, and far-reaching, consequences. What a coincidence, right...? Considering the topic of our recent 'conversations'... and I would like to expand on that this morning, since I can 'connect' even that 'thread' with our moon, and its relation to 'natural time' as it was understood by the Maya... and the number 13. Abracadabra... Well, how do you like that? 'Cheated' out of my edit time by a bad link to Phil Collins... I think 'Instant Karma' just kicked in... I can work with that,- we'll make the 'final edit' time on this one 'count'... to three... I'll go ahead and tell you that the sky was too overcast this morning to see any stars, so I have nothing to report for this morning, but I can tell you about yesterday,- I saw several bright, flashing lights, which are interesting, but it's really the 'shooting' or 'falling stars' that I really love to see. Now, yesterday morning, when I went out, I said to myself, "Third time's a charm, maybe...?", and while there was not 'one' single outstanding example to make a series of three 'big ones', do you know what I did get? Sure you do... There were three... bright and brief... Three falling stars. I think it may have been a charm, anyway... Now, my friend says, "Of course, you can make the numbers mean anything you want them to." And I said... That's right. You can. That's why they call it 'making magic'... "Silly rabbit... 'tricks' are for kids..." And please, don't sue me... we ate your product for years. And loved it. And, just so you know... I do enjoy the commercials, from time to time... The provocative ones, in particular... Hay, ya...

Now, let's look at something that I've brought up previously, in light of the more recent statement that I made concerning the fact that our own current 'technology' (and the uses thereof) is 'backwards'... that, in truth, physical 'technology'/science is more properly the 'off-shoot' of the more 'sophisticated' spiritual sciences, and properly belongs to those who are accomplished in this 'base-ic' aspect of Universal Life. To hand over the 'higher' forms of physical science and technology to a being who can not apply it, physically, with regard to its implications in the 'higher' realms, would seem to be at least irresponsible, and this is why there once existed the schools of 'the Mysteries'. This is where minds, and souls, (spirits) were prepared to actually 'work' on this physical level of 'creation', where actions make re-actions that have long-lasting, and real, results on many other creatures, and even the earth itself. Kind of 'heavy', really, when you think about it... but not many people really do. For instance, in the news this morning, it was related that the horrific explosion in Texas that killed so many, and precipitated a small earthquake even, was... created by someone. Someone who 'knew' enough about 'technology' to create an explosion, but obviously without regard to the 'collateral damages' that continue to echo through the Universal ether, even today. Take that example, and enlarge it... or don't. Now listen to this quote regarding the Mayan "Prophecy of Transcending Technology",- In previous 2 Ahau katuns, there have been widespread spiritual and ideological crises and this prophecy warns of another that is imminent. Its likely cause is the undermining of traditionally received spiritual authority by a technology that is displacing our natural human faculties. Thus, the prophecy warns of our need to transcend the all-consuming technocratic culture we have created. Well... a little bit of emotion couldn't hurt... under the circumstances... That, and a large, white charger... I'm just waiting on a 'friend'... While we're waiting (whistling... Dixie...), let's continue with that prophecy, in 'summary',- The prophecy indicates that the consequences of hypertechnology are far-reaching. It has exceeded the point where it serves humanity in securing a better quality of life; it has accelerated the extent to which we have given ourselves over to materialistic and consumerist values; it has contributed to our severance from Nature and 'natural time' (Prophecy 20, the Moon). The prophecy returns us to the running theme of our need to recover our natural integration and experience of unity with Nature (Prophecy 16). The prophecy speaks of humanity's urgent need to transcend a technology that is rapidly approaching the point where technology will transcend humanity. You see here the 'connection' between this subject and our 'natural time keeper', the moon... and the White Rabbit, who is now always 'late', due to the fact that we are 'out of sync' with 'natural time' as governed by the cyclical motions of the moon. We are, at this point, about as far removed from 'Nature' and any connection with It, as it is possible to be... the only 'good news' is that I believe that people are beginning to realize that something is wrong... they just can't 'put their finger on it'. The truth is, you are beginning to understand some of the fuller implications of your having given 'god-like' powers to your technology without the 'knowledge of God' that engenders your technology. Notice the difference in 'terminology' here, for instance... 'singularity', or 'unity'... They are not the same. 'Social media' via computer technology has become the 'minotaur' at the center of the labyrinthine 'deep web',- a true 'monster',- actually does 'consume' your youths and maidens, who are continually being sacrificed to the eventual 'profit' of others that they will never even know... in some cases, giving even their lives to have entered this particular 'labyrinth' of the 'unreal'. As an allegory, you have to admit that it seems more than 'adequate', and further, the symbolism, in order to be True, has to apply on more than one 'level'... and it does. It leaves us only to 'slay the Minotaur', or at least to 'tame' the 'beast' (make it subservient to us, as opposed to destroying us),- the 'bull god'. So, how is that supposed to happen...? We may have to 'back-engineer' the 'soul' into the 'technology'... crazy, huh? It seems then, that the most effective way for humanity to transcend technology, and redress the problems with which it confronts us, is by creative living. A further implication of the prophecy is that we are perfectly capable of controlling our runaway technology since 'we ourselves... are the best and most sophisticated techolgoy there is - we are the path beyond technology. And 'creative living' is what else, but... Imagination? It's just crazy enough to work... I said 'work'... As in masonry... Lololol...

Hay, it's 25 or 6 to 4:00... no, really... That was a pretty great way to start the day,- 'good morning' to all of my 'imaginary friends' on this Friday, the 13th day of May... Ooooh... 'Deja Vu'... I think we were just discussing that. And look at that playlist... "Rehumanize Yourself", "Secret Journey", "Omegaman", "Invisible Sun", "Spirits in the Material World", and, of course, one of my favorites... lol... The possibility of such a thing has already been considered; I've given you some of this information in previous posts (somewhere), but I think that, in light of the current topic of discussion, I might rightly give it again. Regarding the moon, let's look at the card again... Then when 5 Ahau arrived on his {the Year-bearer's) day within the year 5 Muluc, there was a crescent Moon, omen of life.-Chilam Balam of Tizimin It's a good 'sign', anyway. Like this one... It can't be so bad... there's a 'rose' in the center... ...for the 'champion'? Lolol... Well, maybe... And look here... 'Lunations'... I wonder why that particular symbolism was included? Maybe it's a 'sign'... Of the times... Or maybe it just says, "Princess Clair was here..." Lolololol... Now, this is interesting... in regard to the 'symbolic' meaning of the labyrinth's design and 'layout'... The seven circuits of the Cretan labyrinth correspond with the seven spheres of the sacred planets, the seven principles of the human being and the cosmos, the seven days of the week, and other such sevenfold meanings. Passing to the center of the labyrinth and returning to its circumference represents the involution and evolution of the universe, the coming into birth and the passing out of earthly life of an individual, and--most important--a journey into the center of our own being, the achievement there of a quest for wholeness, and the subsequent return to our divine source.
The circuits of the labyrinth pattern, as one encounters them in tracing the labyrinth's path, have the correspondences indicated below. The numbers in the following list denote the order of the circuits from the circumference to the center, which corresponds to Earth and the physical body. Thus one enters the labyrinth at its third circuit, corresponding to desire, meanders outward, then to the middle circuit, corresponding to vitality, moves inward and meanders back from the center until reaching the fifth circuit, corresponding to the pure mind, from which one enters the center...www.potsdam.edu/studentlife/counseling/labyrinth/symbol.cfmNotice that we 'enter' the labyrinth at the third 'level' or 'dimension', which is actually true, and with any luck, we will find ourselves at the the sixth 'level', or the 'center', which is designated as 'Unknown'... Destination Unknown... I give you 'Missing Persons'... Wow... it's been a while... Oddly, the video was also 'missing'... lol... a strange sort of 'synchronicity', to be sure... And speaking of 'odd' bits of 'serendipity', I found something that I thought was at least interesting enough to mention... Remember this...? I do... I think about it quite often, really... Beware the bearers of FALSE gifts & their BROKEN PROMISES. Much PAIN but still time. BELIEVE. There is GOOD out there. We OPpose DECEPTION. Conduit CLOSING.With a little bit of imagination, that looks very much like a 'labyrinth' that our friend is holding up,- and if that is 'binary code', then my analogy of the 'deep web' as a labyrinth of its own nature is looking better... Do you notice that the first two letters, only, have been capitalized in the word 'OPpose', so that you can read 'Op' fairly clearly; this word has several connections, in symbolic 'language', and I'd like to give you these small quotes, the first of which seems rather provocative, to me... The first degree was that of purification. The initiates of this degree were referred to as catharoi ('purified'), from which the word catharsis is derived, as also the name of the Cathars of France.
The second degree was that of the mystery. Whereas the first degree prepared the pupil for the mystery, the second degree was the first formal experience of the mystery. The initiates of this degree were referred to as the mystes, from which our words mystic and mystery are derived.
The third degree was that of the epopteia. Initiates of this degree were known as the epoptes, from which our word epopt ('seer') is derived. They were the ones who perceived, understood and knew, by experience, the inner truths of the mystery. peterdawkins.com/articles/pd_mysteries.htmWell... how do you like that? Eleuseos means "the coming," so the word Eleusinian refers to a spiritual advent. Mysterion means to close the mouth or eyes; its root mu imitates the sound made with the lips closed. Mysteria thus signified an event defined by closing the lips, closing the eyes, and entering into darkness. The journey of consciousness taken from that point onward was a mystery indeed...www.theosophy-nw.org/theosnw/world/med/me-savage.htmMysterion... lolol... I want to say a quick 'thank you' for the Unchained Melody... you know, I cry, every time... like an idiot... But still... So, let's 'move on' with our thoughts on the 'labyrinth' theme, since it figures rather prominently in mythology and symbolism, across the board, so to speak,- and try to remember that my premise is that the events that were symbolized by these 'Mysteries' and myths were still in the future,- that they were not 'history' at all, but 'yet to come', which is why the necessity for secrecy in the first place. If all of this were a fait accompli, so to speak, then there would be no further need to 'veil' the symbolism, would there? The only point would seem to be to continue to conceal the 'nature' of that which is yet to come... Therefore 'the coming' that was spoken of as the 'subject' of the Great(er) Mysteries... I would like to point out two other thoughts of my own in this regard, and the first is that the 5th level mentioned is that of 'angel', which is familiar (at least in vague concept) to most people, but the 'nature' of which creature they have no conception, really. We have certain recorded reports of 'meetings' with such creatures, or at least persons having 'seen' or 'felt their presence', somehow, and we have some rather provocative works of art on the subject of various natures... really, you just don't know what that is. The same can be said of its alter-ego, or opposite... the demon. On this subject, the man that I referred to in the video above who, when speaking of the alien be-ings that he encountered, and that were presented in the taped 'interview', said that, in his opinion, they fulfilled the 'conditions' of either one of those categories. My own thoughts parallel his on this, which would seem to be reinforced in my own thinking by the fact that in neither case, do they seem to have 'autonomy' as far as their thoughts and actions are concerned, whichever 'pole' they represent, and this would apply to the be-ings (of both benevolent and 'questionable' if not 'malicious' intent), as well as to the reported angelic and demonic 'be-ings'. I believe that they all exist on the fifth level (fifth dimension... lol... sort of...), from which they 'come and go' through other dimensions, as they are 'directed'. The sixth level (dimension), that of the 'Unknown', is, I believe, out of their 'access zone', so that they are yet 'subservient' to it.

While we're in the 'labyrinth', I just wanted to mention something that I saw today, totally by way of serendiptiy (someone else was watching it, and I happened to see it), that I thought was rather more than appropriate to the subject at hand, and rather beautifully presented, by a rather unexpected source (and those are sometimes the best), and that was... This... And this... Wow... Bravo... This is recent work, and I can't help reflecting on the 'timeliness', for me, at least, and I can't help appreciating whatever 'cosmic serendiptity' is at work. I mean, I can't help considering the 'source'... Wednesday Morning... 3 am... How do you like that? Another missing video... Now, the other thing that I thought worth noting down in regard to the 'seven' and the labyrinth is the number of 'churches' or 'centers of initiation', as it were, to whom (or, the 'angels' thereof) were addressed the admonishments/encouragements of the first chapters of the Revelation of St. John the Divine. To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life which is in the midst of the Paradise of God...Wanna know a secret...? It's a 'Milky Way'... I got that straight from a March Hare... Crazy...

Oh, hay... I meant to add something to a note that I made in a post just previous to this, regarding the 'alien glyph', and the 'message' that it contained... Do you know what they call it? You're going to love this... It's known as the Crabwood Crop Circle... If I'm lyin', I'm dyin'... lolol... www.cropcircleconnector.com/anasazi/fringe2014m.htmlNaturally, if I'm listening to the radio, it's because I want to hear the music that is being transmitted to me... of course, I could also change the way that my receiver is 'tuned' in order to hear a transmission of other information, such as news, or comedy. As it is, I prefer to hear the music... and for the most part, I can enjoy it all. Certainly, I think that I've heard it all... But, this is a 'material world', after all, and the continued transmission of the music that I love must be 'funded', if not by me, then by 'sponsors'... you understand... who support the continued transmission of these particular signals by the transmission of their own 'messages', from time to time, in order to pass them to the ones that have tuned in to hear this particular music, or news, or... whatever... is being transmitted. And so, they are 'commercial' in nature, but their true 'value' lies in the second portion of the phrase, which is 'message'... they are, 'commercial messages', just as this crop circle is a 'message', in its own format... and in this aspect of their presentation, I am able to 'appreciate' many of the 'commercial messages' for the 'information bits' that they transmit. Believe me, it is an 'art form' of its own, this 'passing of messages', as you can see by the forms of the many other 'crop circles' which appear, from time to time, seemingly randomly, right in the middle of your nice, regular 'programming'... But, for some reason, most people just prefer to 'tune out' the 'messages'... and the news... for better or worse... Maybe it would be better to 'get it'... Let's look at this one again... doesn't it look as if the be-ing is 'reaching out' from another 'level', through something like a 'window'...? From the fifth dimension, I imagine... ...and it reminds me for all the world of what our friend, MC Escher was trying to show us,- his 'perception' of 'the way things might be'... on another level... I once referred to these 'crop circles' as 'love notes' from the Universe, and I don't think I've changed my mind about that, unless, maybe it would be to say that they are more like... postcards from... "Wish You were Here..." P.S... I love you... P.P.S... X marks the spot... Lololol... Well, those just look like crescent moons to me, so, let's go on... in regard to the 'dewfall' that we can see is associated with our 'crescent moon' symbol on the card,- Doubt has always existed as to whether the name Rosicrucian came from the symbol of the rose and cross, or whether this was merely a blind to deceive the uninformed and further conceal the true meaning of the Order. Godfrey Higgins believes that the word Rosicrucian is not derived from the flower but from the word Ros, which means dew. It is also interesting to note that the word Ras means wisdom, while Rus is translated concealment. Doubtless all of these meanings have contributed to Rosicrucian symbolism.
A. E. Waite holds with Godfrey Higgins that the process of forming the Philosopher's Stone with the aid of dew is the secret concealed within the name Rosicrucian. It is possible that the dew referred to is a mysterious substance within the human brain, closely resembling the description given by alchemists of the dew which, falling from heaven, redeemed the earth. The cross is symbolic of the human body, and the two symbols together--the rose on the cross--signify that the soul of man is crucified upon the body, where it is held by three nails.
It is probable that Rosicrucian symbolism is a perpetuation of the secret tenets of the Egyptian Hermes, and that the Society of Unknown Philosophers is the true link connecting modern Masonry...
According to a widely accepted tradition, the headquarters of the Rosicrucian Order is near Carlsbad, in Austria (see Doctor Franz Hartmann). Another version has it that a mysterious school, resembling in general principles the Rosicrucian Fraternity, which calls itself "The Bohemian Brothers," still maintains its individuality in the Schwarzwald (Black Forest) of Germany. One thing is certain: with the rise of Freemasonry, the Rosicrucian Order in Europe practically disappeared, and notwithstanding existing statements to the contrary, it is certain that the 18th degree (commonly known as the Rose-Croix) perpetuates many of the symbols of the Rosicrucian Fire Alchemists...
...It is probable that Rosicrucian symbolism is a perpetuation of the secret tenets of the Egyptian Hermes, and that the Society of Unknown Philosophers is the true link connecting modern Masonry, with its mass of symbols, to ancient Egyptian Hermeticism, the source of that symbolism. In his Doctrine and Literature of the Kabalah, A. E. Waite makes this important observation: "There are certain indications which point to a possible connection between Masonry and Rosicrucianism, and this, if admitted, would constitute the first link in its connection with the past. The evidence is, however, inconclusive, or at least unextricated. Freemasonry per se, in spite of the affinity with mysticism which I have just mentioned, has never exhibited any mystic character, nor has it a clear notion how it came by its symbols."-from Manley P Hall's "Secret Teachings of All Ages" For the fitches are not threshed with a threshing instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned about upon the cummin; but the fitches are beaten out with a staff, and the cummin with a rod.
28 Bread corn is bruised; because he will not ever be threshing it, nor break it with the wheel of his cart, nor bruise it with his horsemen.
29 This also cometh forth from the LORD of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working. The rest of the 'message' of Isaiah 28, beginning with verse... 27... a great way to end post 1327...
